| The very first Mandarin Oriental Hotel in the world. My favorite one is the Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, located by the Chao Phraya River. It is the first Mandarin Oriental hotel globally, established in 1876, and has been favored by famous writers like Maugham. To this day, there are many suites named after writers. When I step into the Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, I see many European and American guests bustling about, presenting a scene full of vitality. It makes me feel as if I am transported back to the new and old worlds of over a hundred years ago, where everything is thriving. I stayed in a Deluxe King Suite, which is 83 square meters. I love the entire space, the soft furnishings, and decorative pieces everywhere, making it feel like a finely arranged home, not just a hotel. I enjoy the small balcony outside the living room, where I can view the Chao Phraya River and overlook the main swimming pool and the hotel's first building. I also like the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom, framing the river view once again. I appreciate the bathroom decorated with green bamboo elements, giving an extra sense of freshness, nature, and relaxation. The little details also shine brightly.
