It's a perfect autumn day for a stroll in Zhongshan Park, followed by morning tea at Lai Jin Yu Xuan

Zhongshan Park is a favorite of mine, offering something special in every season. I visited on November 7th, and although there weren't many ginkgo trees in their autumn colors, the few that were there made quite a sight. I also had the chance to experience the tea house, Lai Jin Yu Xuan. It's essential to get in line before 9 a.m., as I learned the hard way by waiting for two hours because I was late. At present, you need to book a day in advance to visit Zhongshan Park (unless you have an annual pass). If you want to enter from the south gate, you also need to book Tiananmen, as the south gate is entrance-only.
