The petite delights near Nanluo bestow upon me a day of splendid mood~

After a leisurely stroll around Nanluo with my sister, we were in search of a place to enjoy some afternoon tea in the vicinity. Unexpectedly, we stumbled upon this hidden gem of a café. Café Name: 99 Address: 41 Jiaodaokou South Street Despite its simple name and modest size, this café provided us with a delightful afternoon respite. Honestly, the commercialization of Nanluo has become increasingly overwhelming, with its shops bearing striking resemblance to those in commercial streets nationwide. In contrast, small shops like this one on the nearby streets exude a unique charm and offer a sense of tranquility. We particularly enjoyed the seating arrangement at the entrance of the café, where we could place our meals on the windowsill and chat while eating, creating an incredibly cozy atmosphere. Both my sister and I were in the mood for iced drinks. We each ordered an iced Americano; I chose the pineapple version, while she opted for a new item on the menu, a carrot iced Americano. When our drinks were served, we were impressed by their aesthetic appeal! The glasses were beautiful, and the layered contents were clearly visible. I highly recommend my pineapple iced Americano. The sweet and sour pineapple flavor was just right, not overpowering, and it was a refreshing antidote to the summer heat. I also sneaked a sip of my sister's carrot iced Americano, which was surprisingly tasty and visually appealing, devoid of the odd taste I had anticipated. We noticed that they also served sandwiches, so we ordered an American Angus beef sandwich. The sandwich was a pleasant surprise! It was generously filled, featuring Angus beef and pineapple. Even the pineapple was meticulously grilled on both sides. The beef patty was juicy, and the overall texture was fantastic. Moreover, it offered excellent value for money! We also tried a dessert named "Lemon," which was incredibly realistic, resembling an actual lemon. It even contained real lemon pulp! The lemon-flavored mousse was a delightful blend of sweet and sour, light and not overly rich, making it the perfect accompaniment to our afternoon tea. Discovering such a cozy café was indeed the highlight of our day, instantly dispelling our fatigue. If you happen to be in the area, don't miss out on this beautiful and tranquil café. They also serve breakfast and dinner, so we will definitely return in the evening next time, perhaps for a drink, to experience the wonderful ambiance from a different perspective.
