Borkonyha Wine Kitchen, is a fine dining restaurant located at H-1051 BUDAPEST, SAS UTCA 3. Awarded by Michelin one star and Gault & Millau two hats. Do make advance reservation before heading down as they only open from Tuesday to Friday, as for menu, I would recommend to try their 5 courses degustation menu at 26,000 Ft. Appertizer: recommend the perch, cauliflower with buttermilk, it tastes so good!! Soup: artichoke broth with quail is awesome!! Main course: fresh fish with broccoli and dill, and angus beef is highly recommended.
