Hiking starting point, parking spot: Zhongliang Mountain Mining Park. You can take the subway to Zhongliang Mountain Station and then a 15-minute taxi ride. The loop is 14.5 kilometers, taking 5.5 hours. The route before the mine pit is very scenic, walking on a cobblestone path with little flowers, surrounded by dense forests, with very little climbing. There are also many children on spring outings, a true family-friendly route. Upon reaching the mine pit, we took photos, ate, and rested. The weather was a bit overcast, and we couldn't get the desired photo effect. After passing the mine pit, we continued on the loop. Then the sun came out, and there were not many shaded areas on the road. We walked several kilometers on the highway before the loop ended. I still highly recommend this route, especially the first half. There are a lot of locust flowers along the way, and a friend picked some to go back and stir-fry with eggs.
