Pete & Paulz Breakfast Bar

#australiatrip Probably the best place for breakfast. Was slightly crowded on a Saturday morning and we had to wait a while for the food. We ordered the veggie brekkie and the maple & bacon french toast. The veggie Brekkie comes with halloumi cheese, baked beans, two eggs, and spinach with mushrooms. Though simple, I love how the dish was done well and I could taste the pride the owners had in cooking the dish. It's merely more than just cooking and assembly. The maple and bacon french toast was great too. The coffee is the best. Love the microfoam on the soy cappuccino!
