Fengjian Water Town is located at the northern end of Xingtang Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of 5.2 square kilometers. It is one of the four major water towns in Guangdong and is known as the 'Little Zhouzhuang' of Guangdong. As one of the early settlements in Shunde, Fengjian's history can be traced back to the Western Han Dynasty, and it later developed into a market. Before the Jiading era of the Southern Song Dynasty, ancestors had migrated to this area to live and gradually formed a village.
