Handan Wuling Congtai

Wuling Congtai, located in the center of Congtai Park on the west side of Zhonghua Street in Congtai District, Handan City, Hebei Province, is the main building in the park. It is an important group of buildings in the ancient city of Handan in Zhao State, and also the symbol of the ancient city of Handan. According to the unearthed cultural relics, it was built during the Warring States Period of Zhao Wuling King (325 BC - 299 BC), and was the place where the king of Zhao reviewed the army and watched the song and dance. It has a history of more than 2,000 years. After Zhao Wuling King ascended the throne, he implemented the Hu clothing and horse riding, which made Zhao State ranked among the 'Seven Heroes' of the Warring States.
