There are many restaurants in the OLd Quarter where we live until we found HOT POT. Here, they have both boiled and grilled options, similar to ours. So we chose the grilled option, similar to butter grilling, but they use margarine and have foil underneath the pan, making it easy to grill and not stick to the pan. They give a lot of pork, really a lot. They also serve Vietnamese bread and various vegetables. . We think it's really delicious. Or you can try grilling pork and eating it with bread, which also goes well together. And of course, the dipping sauce here is salt and lime juice, and that's it. But since they're Thai, they also serve fresh chili peppers. So awesome! It's not hard to find this roadside restaurant.
