@honjohk from @piratagroup may be a little off the beaten track, but they definitely live up to their promise of ‘attentive service, extraordinary food and memorable dining experience’ 👍🏻 We came here for Restaurant Week last year ($198pp) and got to try several of their signature Japanese fusion dishes without breaking the bank 🏦 Here’s a highlight of our favorites: [𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐮𝐟𝐟] The crispy tapioca puffs filled with salmon bits and avocado were simply a work of art. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice for an extra burst of flavor 🍋 [𝐉𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐚] The seasonal assortment included pumpkin, onions and broccolini coated in thin crunchy batter and deep fried to a fine golden color 🎃 [𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐤𝐢] The soft moist salmon fillet was glazed in sweet teriyaki sauce and the charred lime added a subtle smokiness to the meat 🐟 [𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐋𝐚𝐯𝐚] MUST ORDER!
