Visit Jinzhai to see the azaleas, Wangchun Valley, and Azalea Ridge

Drive with navigation to Azalea Ridge in Tiechong Township, Jinzhai, Lu'an, which is about 200 kilometers from Hefei. The local area has developed some supporting facilities, including a parking lot, toilets, pavilions, rope bridges, and sightseeing cars. The parking lot is about 2 kilometers away from the main scenic spot via a winding mountain road. Upon reaching the end of the sightseeing car route, you can climb a small hilltop, a wild path, with streams, a reservoir, and a rope bridge along the way, ascending about 100 meters. Currently, in the scenic area, you can see the azaleas blooming, but they are only concentrated in a few spots, and it is uncertain whether the blooming area will be larger later on. There are public toilets in the parking lot and within the scenic area, as well as temporary restaurants and supply points, so it is uncertain whether these are available on non-holidays. The entire scenic area is about 6 kilometers, and if you walk quickly, it can be completed in about 2 to 3 hours without any difficulty, suitable for all ages. The scenery is rich in color, with mountains, water, and blooming flowers, as it is located in the Dabie Mountains. However, whether it is worth a special trip depends on personal preference. A reminder that the county road to the scenic spot is narrow, and the parking lot is relatively small. During the flower viewing season, many people visit, and it is very likely to be congested.
