Old-School Flavours & Old-School Vibes Done Right at Good Times Café

Dropped by Good Times Café at Eco Botanica and was pleasantly surprised! The place is full of vintage vibes and old charm… decked out in nostalgic old-school décor, from the wall designs to the vintage cutlery. You can tell they really put effort into creating the throwback vibe. We ordered the Deep-Fried Pork Lard with Egg Rice and I was instantly hooked. It’s a simple dish, but so so satisfying. Crispy, indulgent, and full of flavour. My husband had the same, but with Fried Luncheon Meat add-on, it was just as delicious! We also shared a bowl of their Chicken Herbal Cordyceps Soup, and wow it was rich, hearty, and packed with ingredients. There was a whole drumstick and two chicken feet inside. No cutting corners here! For dessert, we tried their Homemade Muah Chee which is super soft and chewy, and the Tau Suan was spot on. Not too sweet, and paired perfectly with the crispy Youtiao. A hidden gem that serves comfort food with generous portions and nostalgic flair. Price was not expensive too. We’ll definitely be back for more good times! #goodtimescafe #ecobotanicadining
