JB Omakase

I love omakase but Singapore is getting more expensive so I tried out the neighbourhood city, Johor Bahru. Came here by bus from newton to woodlands checkpoint followed by another bus to Johor custom. When I reached, I took taxi to this place for late lunch. Thankfully, no reservation needed. Unique thing about this is we can see sashimi still alive before we eat it, and the chef knowingly use his bare hands to "kill" it. I questioned the hygiene but maybe that is the extra ingredient to make it tasty. I didn't get stomachache, so it's safe to consume!
