Cotton Cafe and Library

To get to Cotton Cafe, you must first enter the La Vela Hotel. The hotel is stylishly designed, and there are really IG locations along the way. Cafe focuses on Croissant and light refreshments, not too many choices of cakes. Cappuccino is the most recommended. We ordered Asia Afternoon Tea Set, cheese cake and Pizza today, all of them are delicious.
