#2024wish Embarking on a self-driving adventure from Tūrangi to Waihāhā was a journey of breathtaking landscapes and serenity. The road meandered alongside Lake Taupō, offering stunning views of the crystal-clear waters and the Tongariro National Park's majestic peaks. Waihāhā showcased its charm with lush greenery and the soothing sound of the Waihāhā River. Each stop unveiled unique wonders, from the geothermal marvels to the peaceful Waipahihi Botanical Gardens. As the sun painted the sky with hues of orange, I found solace in the tranquility of the surroundings. In 2024, I wish to go there again, reliving the memories of a road trip that intertwined nature's beauty with the joy of exploration.
