I had an opportunity to visit TUI Brewery in Pahiatua, New Zealand, and it was a great experience steeped in Kiwi beer culture. Entering the brewery, I got to learn about the history of the TUI beer brand - about its humble beginnings in 1889 and its evolution into a beloved New Zealand icon. The brewery tour offered insights into the brewing process, from malt to bottle and I found it to be eye opening as I never knew how beers were made. Of course, the highlight was the beer tasting session, where I indulged in a variety of refreshing brews, each with its own distinct flavor profile.
