Winter in Riga

Riga is the capital of Latvia. Latvia Located middle of other two Baltic countries Lithuania and Estonia. Riga is one of the oldest city in Baltic region. Baltic sea normally has cold and continental flows that is why the weathers of Latvia always remains in Summer between 20-30 degrees (celsius), and in winter between -15 and 5 degrees. If you plan to come to Riga , prefer to take waterproof and warm clothes because it always raining or snowing. This post is about regional location and weather information.
