White Cliffs of Dover - The gateway to Europe

Situated just above the international freight port of Dover, the white cliffs of Dover loom over arriving and departing passengers from mainland Europe. The walk from Dover town takes around 20 minutes and is suitable for all abilities, involving a mix of tarmac and well managed paths. Alternatively a car park is provided by National Trust though this will cost. The views are beautiful and there is enough to spend a whole day exploring this magnificent landform.
