Tower is not to be missed. The area at the base of the tower has lots of attractions, stalls, and eateries and if you are with that special person you can add a lovelock to the heavily loaded fence. Private cars are not allowed in Namsan Seoultower to protect the environment. Please park elsewhere near the Tower. You can walk, take a bus or cable car to get to the Tower after parking. If you want to avoid big crowds, visit during the early morning as many people come during the afternoon to witness the sunset, also during the night for the city view of the Seoul Skyline.
