And not just any tortoise, but a centenarian one! Who else can boast of such an exotic companion!? Our adventure began the moment we touched down at Mahe airport. To our amazement, a private helicopter was waiting to whisk us away to the enchanting nature reserve island of @cousineislandseychelles. This idyllic haven is not only blessed with pristine beauty but is also home to dozens of magnificent giant tortoises and rare avian species, many of which are listed in the Red Book.
