Su Xiaoliu Handmade Dim Sum: Delicious food with a few small regrets.

✨ Su Xiaoliu Dim Sum is my absolute favorite. I can't even count how many times I've been here. It's like my own little food paradise. This time, I took my parents to see the beautiful sea of flowers nearby, and then we headed straight to Su Xiaoliu for lunch. 🐟 We ordered the grilled fish roe. When it was served, it felt like a great deal. There were four fish, and each one was quite large, fried to a crispy perfection, and seasoned just right. It was amazing. However, there was a small regret: there wasn't much fish roe. 😎 The white-cut chicken was tender and juicy, with smooth skin. The accompanying sauce was the soul of the dish, adding layers of flavor to the chicken. The lettuce was refreshing and appetizing, fresh and crisp. Stinky tofu is also my favorite. It smells bad but tastes delicious, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. One bite brings a sense of happiness. Of course, we couldn't miss the xiaolongbao. Although they were a bit smaller this time, the soup was still as rich as ever. A gentle bite releases the delicious soup, and the meat filling was firm and flavorful. This season, you can also enjoy tender water caltrops, which are my favorite seasonal dish. They are sweet and refreshing, with a unique aquatic plant flavor, adding a touch of freshness to the meal. We also ordered a bowl of noodles. The noodles were smooth, and the broth was delicious, but the portion was a bit small. I felt like I didn't have enough. 😜 Dining at Su Xiaoliu is like a culinary adventure. There's the satisfaction of delicious food and a few small regrets from minor flaws, but it doesn't affect my love for it. 💕
