Compared to other Hilton hotels I've stayed at, this one is less business-like and more elegant and stylish ·The room layout is reasonable, with a guest bathroom at the entrance and a unique bay window in the bedroom. The facilities are excellent, with double sinks, a Dyson hairdryer, and a smart toilet that seems better than those in other hotels ·Welcome fruit is average, but the Shine Muscat grapes are nice. The hotel offers turndown service, and room service is quick ·As it was Christmas, the hotel moved happy hour from the lounge to the first-floor restaurant, with a semi-buffet menu. I had high expectations, but the food was average. However, the waiter said the menu changes daily ·I forgot to take photos of breakfast. There is a waiter to show you to your seat, and freshly made pancakes and dumplings. The large wontons are much better than the mini wontons at other hotels ·The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of Wukang Road and Anfu Road, perfect for a city walk in the plane tree district Overall, as the best-located Hilton in Shanghai, the room rate is good value for money with vouchers. Otherwise, the four-figure room rate is a bit high. It would be better if the price could be reduced to three figures. Also, the room still smells of paint, so if you're sensitive to smells, you can ask the hotel to prepare an air purifier in advance.
