Huanglong Scenic and Historic Interest Area

Huanglong Scenic and Historic Interest Area is located in Songpan County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, China. It is a well-preserved plateau wetland in China. It is about 100 kilometers away from Jiuzhaigou, with an altitude ranging from 1700 to 5588 meters. The core area is dotted with more than three thousand colorful ponds, featuring surface travertine landscapes as the main scenery. The Huanglong area consists of Huanglong Valley, Danyun Gorge, Muni Valley, Xuebaoding, and the Red Army Long March Memorial Monument Park, among others.
