Must Visit The Floating Mosque in Penang

Jalan Batu Ferringhi, Tanjung Bungah, 11200 Tanjung Bungah, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. A small mosque was built for Muslim community, it's proposed to build the mosque out to the sea due to limited land. The construction of the new mosque started in 2003, and cost RM15 million to build. It was first opened to the public in January 2005. It's surrounded by fishing village, sampan boat and open water with blue mountain. It's free entrance, really nice mosque with friendly attendees at the entrance to welcome you in. You're allowed to take picture. For Non-muslims, the attire will be provided in order to cover aurat.
