Quality Omakase in Ginza, Tokyo

Here’s a small restaurant with 8 seats in Ginza, that’s why we have to book a month in advance for our favorite omakase. The restaurant has decent decoration with wooden Japanese style, the waitress is wearing traditional Japanese dress up. The chef is very talented and experienced serving 8 of us at a time. I was chocked by the side dish, preserved ginger, the chef was noticed it and asked the waitress to serve a glass of water to me which is very impressive. The sashimi was very fresh with some special items that we never try, we are surprised that the chef is able to tell the foods what we had in Cantonese. Although it wasn’t cheap in around HKD2k for a person, the quality and quantity of foods is worth it. Do come for a try in your next visit to Ginza
