Toyama City Hall observation tower

#thingstodo This place was very nice in terms of getting a birds eye view of the city. On clear days the mountains can be seen in the background which is really nice. Also the entry is free of charge. It is a recommended place if someone is visiting Toyama City.It was free entry, however there’s nothing much up there… completed the viewing within 8 mins.Not crowded as well during weekdays. Take the lift to the observation level (T).
