Serenity amongst the 500 Buddhas

#2024wish This is one of my favorite places to visit in Toyama. It's the picturesque home of more than 500 unique Buddha statues. There's a Japanese tea house near the entrance that I would also strongly recommend visiting. Located near the folk museum is this lovely hillside with 500 statues. It has a nice overlook to Toyama and the Tateyama mountain Range. It is close to other places of interest in the Fold Museum, including various local crafts and tea ceremony. In 2024, I want to go back to Toyama.
