[Toyama/Uozu] Gourmet Indian Curry Uozu store

#AbsolutelyFreeTrip I went to "Indian Curry Uozu Branch" in Uozu, Toyama. The Beatles were playing in the cozy Showa retro coffee shop-style interior, and I quickly ordered from the ticket machine. If you add the jumbo cutlet topping to the classic "Yasai Tamago Curry", the cabbage, soft-boiled egg, and crispy cutlet in the runny roux make a wonderful collaboration! The curry has a gentle taste, and some say it is of a high level as a B-grade gourmet. The price is 700 yen + toppings, so it's great value for money. The self-service fukujinzuke and soup are also a delight, and it's easy to see why it's loved by local customers. A cup that fills your heart and stomach in a retro space.
