Perth-born chef David Pynt cut his teeth at Noma and the famed grill house Asador Etxebarri before opening his own place in Singapore in 2013. Five years on, his high-concept Australian barbecue restaurant continues to pack in the crowds for its refined dishes cooked in a custom-built brick kiln.
