Wuhan | The breakfast restaurant at the Zhuoer Marriott Hotel is pretty good

🚗This time, I also took advantage of a business trip to see that this Marriott was running a promotion with bonus points, and since it's relatively close to Hankou Railway Station, I decided to come and check in. The red exterior in the pictures is quite eye-catching, and it's said to be a designer hotel... I think that's a bit of a stretch. Overall, the stay was not bad, especially since you can experience it for less than 500 on a weekday, and with the bonus points from the promotion, it's quite worth it, suitable for checking in and accumulating nights. 🚗Stay Experience 1. The location is a bit remote, but it's convenient to get to Hankou Railway Station and Wuhan Airport, with less risk of traffic jams. 2. The hotel is quite new overall, with some places still being renovated nearby. There are some wastelands outside, and you can hear the noise of construction during the day. 3. The interior of the room feels average, just the standard Marriott decor. I booked a basic room and was told it was upgraded to a larger executive room, but I didn't see much difference. There's not much of a view from the high-floor windows, just a construction site opposite. 4. The room's soundproofing is not very good, you can hear the water running very clearly from the next room. In the morning, the construction site across starts making noise after 7 am, so if you're a light sleeper, be cautious. 5. The hotel has a lounge, dinner seems to be from 5:30 pm to 7 pm, and hh until 10 pm. The front desk will inform you when you check in. 6. The lounge experience is average, no one greets you at the entrance, and guests sit there while a server, as if no one else is around, calmly cleans up. 7. There's a park nearby called Wutong Rain, where it seems you can do archery and such, and it's a good place to visit when the weather is nice. It's close to Wuhan Polar Ocean Park, which should be nice for water activities in the summer.
