Spicy Xingyi

Xingyi, in Guizhou is an amazing place to go. still not spoilt by mass tourism it is a blast to the past where people live life at a slower pace. This place is a typical farming community. Some of whom are renting out property and building hotels to diversify their income and protect themselves from the changeable nature of farming. The local people make these spicy chilis for themselves and if your stroll around the area there are endless tea fields, that have been in use for a long time. All in all, this is a place to see the team China, and not just any China. but rural China. Some people struggle. some people are prosperous.
