Zhuozhou Museum

Zhuozhou Museum is located in the old city district of Zhuozhou City, facing Huayang Avenue in the front, overlooking the Liao Dynasty Twin Towers in the north, connected to National Highway 107 in the west, and reaching the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway in the east. It is a comprehensive museum that integrates functions such as collection, exhibition, research, publicity, education, and leisure. Zhuozhou Museum covers an area of 23 acres, with a building area of 14,000 square meters and an exhibition area of 10,000 square meters. It was opened in June 2014. The main exhibition areas on the east side are: the General Introduction Hall; the Zhuozhou Local Ancient History 'Zhuo Shui Long Song' Exhibition Hall; the Zhuozhou Ancient Stone Carving Art 'Stone Art Spirit Communication' Exhibition Hall; the Zhuozhou Excavated Eastern Han Dynasty Painted Pottery 'Pottery Charm and Splendor' Exhibition Hall; the Zhuozhou Intangible Cultural Heritage 'Fanyang Legacy' Exhibition Hall; and the Zhuozhou Revolutionary History 'Magnificent Years' Exhibition Hall.
