Enping Mountain Spring Bay Hot Spring Hotel is located in Datian Town, Enping City, one of Guangdong's top ten green and beautiful forest towns. As one of the first batch of hot spring tourism water quality grade evaluation enterprises in the country, it has been rated for its high-quality and rare hot springs. The hotel's design, which features the three waters of Mountain Spring Bay - 'hot spring water, mountain spring water, and mountain stream water' - is particularly popular with tourists who like to soak in hot springs.
This time we stayed in a water-view room, a spacious 45m² room that can easily accommodate two adults and a child. The room's balcony comes with a private hot spring pool, and the water rooms downstairs provide easy access to the water swimming lanes, allowing you to take your baby into the warm and comfortable 'water world' at any time.
For dinner, we chose to go to Fuyuan Chinese Restaurant to experience the charm of Enping's cuisine. The winter-limited nourishing papaya coconut chicken hot pot is very generous, just right for two people.
A pot of coconut hot pot and papaya hot pot for each person, with a clear and refreshing soup base, is especially suitable for winter; half a farm chicken with a rich flavor + bouncy and tasty golden fish eggs + healthy and green mixed vegetables + smooth and chewy Enping local specialty river noodles, utterly satisfying!
When in Enping, you must try the local specialty eel claypot rice of the Wuyi region. The finely chopped eel is particularly easy to eat, the rice is fragrant and glutinous, with a crispy crust that is unforgettable when paired with soy sauce and green onions. There's also the Enping specialty, coconut milk cake with lemongrass, which has a unique taste with a hint of lemongrass fragrance amidst the sweetness.
If you're still not satisfied, you can go to the riverside barbecue at night for a meal full of the atmosphere of fireworks. Oysters, charcoal-grilled chicken wings, flavored grilled leeks, paired with a refreshing 🍺beer, listening to the pleasant songs of a live show, and spending a wonderful evening.
It's worth mentioning that the Four Seasons Western Restaurant's breakfast buffet is very rich in the morning, mainly Chinese style, with a lot of Enping local specialties: Enping rice rolls, special powder rolls, Enping taro cakes, Enping mugwort cakes, Enping horn pastries, Enping baked buns, special pig offal wine, Enping nine-tailed pastries, allowing you to taste all of Enping's cuisine without leaving the hotel!
After breakfast, you can go to the Scarecrow Theme Farm for a walk and check-in. Even in the cold winter, the flowers of Gesang and rapeseed bloom brilliantly; or enjoy the comfort of starry camping; or enjoy feeding little pigs and rabbits, and have a pleasant holiday with your baby.
After visiting the farm, you can soak in the hot springs of Mountain Spring Bay. Guests who stay can soak in the hot springs multiple times. At 9:30 in the evening, I finally welcomed a little bit of my own time

It's best to travel by car, just navigate to Quanwan Hot Spring, 2 hours from Guangzhou
Remember! Don't soak in the hot spring after drinking alcohol, and don't drink alcohol after soaking in the hot spring
Those who attract mosquitoes should bring mosquito repellent, the hotel farm has more greenery and is prone to mosquito bites
