Yaoquan Temple is the largest temple in Jeju. It is said to be named because it has a healing water, so it is called the Quanquan Temple. The main building of Yaoquan Temple is obviously Chinese-style. The name of "Little China" in the Joseon era is not unfounded. From the letter to the architectural style, to the way of state governance, North Korea is completely following China. The Quanquan Temple is no exception. The flying arches are magnificent, and there is a 18-ton Buddhist clock in the bell tower opposite the Daxiong Hall.
ZIMO.
Seogwipo's Jellyfish Sea is super beautiful!
Route:
2.23 Arrival, evening visit to the market
2.24: Jeongbang Waterfall, Xu Fu Park, Columnar Jointing Zone, Yakcheonsa Temple
Accommodation: Hana Palace Hotel
1. There is an auntie at the front desk who speaks Chinese, so communication is barrier-free! The hotel also has a convenience store, which is very convenient! There are two bus stops at the door 🚏 one is Route 600 (Paradise Hotel Station) and the other is the market city bus station (just diagonally opposite).
2. Both the courtyard and the rooms are beautiful! Full of orange trees, there are also pavilions and cute fountains, and the hotel's string lights are really beautiful at night.
3. Our room is on the street side, and opening the window, you can see the sea, which is incredibly blissful.
*The local market is also very popular, around 5:30 the most famous roasted buns even require lining up for 1 hour, we decided to leave, but by 7:30 there was no need to queue! The grilled black pork and octopus pork both have a sweet seasoning, those who don't like sweet and salty flavors should be cautious! The orange mochi is quite delicious, with juicy oranges, sweet red beans, and soft and sticky mochi, the texture is very good! We bought the super popular sashimi and snack platter combo - I love sashimi!
*Jeongbang Waterfall is within walking distance, and the scenery along the way is also very beautiful. Today the rain stopped, and the Jellyfish Sea is really too beautiful!
*Xu Fu Park is a well-planned park with super beautiful scenery, envious of the aunties who come for a walk every day!
*The columnar jointing is also super beautiful! Jellyfish blue + wave white + seagulls flying freely + sharp black stone belts, very spectacular! The park that comes out is also cute, where you can stack stones for blessings, wishing for the common dreams of people around the world!
*Yakcheonsa Temple is a temple with an excellent location, the winding path through the orange grove is really calming, and there are also flowering cacti! The architecture is grand, and the inner hall is even more beautiful!
These attractions are connected by Route 600 bus (outer island loop)
Yakcheonsa Temple to the market is connected by Route 521 bus
Transportation: The entire journey is guided by the Naver map bus guide, which is very smooth. It can display the arrival time of buses and also has arrival tracking reminders.
Praying for a successful dolphin trip tomorrow!
