The room was clean and only a 15-minute walk from the airport shuttle, which was super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile. My only complaint is the lack of luggage storage, which was a bit inconvenient. The self check-in was fancy, but if you arrived early, you couldn't get in, which felt a bit pointless.

Good no nonsense hotel for catching a flight. They have a good airport drop service as well. Don't have great facilities - but is ok for a night stay.

Fine hotel, decent prices, big bed,  small rooms, good shower. Decent diner for ca. 30 EUR (which is not a lot for this country) 24/7

Checked into Sleep & Go Brussels South. The room is spacious, and the small kitchen (fridge, hob, sink) is a genuine bonus. Perfect for a longer stay. Location works brilliantly when you're driving. Easy access off the ring road, free parking, and central Brussels is still close. For a road trip base, this is hard to beat. Unfortunately, the previous tenant smoked in the room despite clear non-smoking signs. The smell is faint but persistent—seeped into curtains or upholstery. Opening the window helps only so much. For non-smokers, this gets old fast. I genuinely appreciate the space and kitchen, and the car-friendly location is a win. But management needs to deep-clean rooms that violators have used. Five days here means that stale smoke becomes part of your routine, and not in a good way.

The hotel is near to the airport so it is convenient for us since we had a 11am flight. There are some free public carpark outside the hotel. The breakfast started early so we could have breakfast before we went to the airport. The room given to us was big so we had lots of space for 3 of us. The reception staff was friendly and helpful when we had problem connecting to the wifi.

The hotel is great; it's comfortable and provides all the basic essentials for a stay. I stayed for one night, and it was perfect for resting up before continuing my trip.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are as expected, and it has its own garage. The breakfast was quite good. If you're driving, be sure to ask the hotel for directions within the city, as it's located in a no-car zone.

Price was acceptable at the time I was deciding whether to stay near the airport or not. I was not disappointed given the comfy room and free hotel airport shuttle ( shared with Holiday Inn EXPRESS next door and further up Holiday Inn, ....). It was raining in the morning when we were waiting for our big bus. As the bus did not turn right in front of Adagio or HI Express, we braced the winter rain to queue up with many people to board the big bus.

The hotel is about three kilometers from the airport, so a taxi gets you there very quickly. We stayed here for a day to rest up before flying back home from Nice to Brussels. The room size was decent, clean, and spacious enough to open and lay out two suitcases easily. The bed was quite comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were good. The TV was also a good size. The next day, you can take a free shuttle to the airport. I recommend getting to the airport early because security at Brussels Airport is very thorough, and passport control can be slow. Even three hours beforehand can feel a bit rushed, so I suggest giving yourself plenty of time.

The location is great, right opposite Diegem train station (though it's a small station with only stairs, no elevators or escalators, which is inconvenient if you have large luggage). The hotel shuttle runs every half hour to the airport, which is very convenient. However, the check-in process took an incredibly long time due to a front desk error. They eventually gave me the wrong room card. As a solo female traveler, I swiped into a man's room, and he was understandably shocked and swore at me. When I returned to the front desk to explain the situation, they didn't seem to grasp the severity of their mistake. The staff just stuck out their tongue, mumbled an apology about getting the room number's last digit wrong, and showed no serious concern. In the end, they gave me a room on the first floor, right next to the one they initially assigned incorrectly. (I find this quite unsafe). I am very dissatisfied with such a serious error. (My room overlooked a construction site, but the soundproofing seemed quite good as I didn't hear much noise.)
