I had an amazing experience. The atmosphere is elegant, the property is beautifully maintained, and the service is on another level.

The environment is clean and hygienic, and the service is good. I'm very satisfied with this stay! The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was also good. The front desk service was warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were very quick. The hotel's location is convenient, making travel easy, and it offers great value for money. I'll choose to stay here again next time I visit, highly recommended!

It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

I’m booking for 1 double bed, when check in provide me two single bed. Small and can’t sleep well. Call to Receiption, reply fully booked and no single bed.

Its good to stay hotel. Good rooms comfortable bed and bathroom. The room equipment like tv, kettle are not great but its doesn’t matter much to me for overnight stay. Breakfast was good.

Had a great experience at Shangri-La Bangalore. Awesome location, easy access to good restaurants and tourist attractions. Will be coming back soon.

A comfortable stay with quality sleep. The staff is very friendly courteous and helpful. Its location is very convenient. Only drawback is that it doesn’t have a restaurant and only a coffee shop. This results in a very restricted menu. The food however is tasty and with reasonable prices.

I like this hotel. Conveniently located, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend.
