Very satisfactory hotel, the service is very good, the hotel has various activities, and it also catches the performance, which is very good. The room is also very clean, close to the pier, suitable for business travelers. Like 👍
My stay at Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing. The place is so beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush tropical plants that make you feel completely connected to nature. Everywhere I looked, there was greenery, colorful flowers, and the calming sound of the ocean , it was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful. They always greeted us with warm smiles and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. You can really feel how much they care about their guests.
Every Wednesday night they host a Fiafia Night.
The resort also offers some great tours, including an Apia Town tour, a Savaii island tour, and a South East Coast tour. We went on the South East Coast tour and got to see the To Sua Ocean Trench.
Overall, Sinalei Resort & Spa is the perfect getaway for us looking for beauty, tranquility, and authentic Samoan hospitality. I can’t wait to go back!
The inn was a little far from the city center.
I chose a Samoan-style villa, and it was good except for the mosquitoes. For breakfast, we also had fruits unique to tropical countries.
Also, the interior of the reception was very cute, with beautiful colors that were typical of Samoa.
The location of the hotel is quite convenient, can help call a taxi, can also rent a car, the room is wide and clean, the service staff is warm and friendly. The only downside is that the Samoan network is not good, and the hotel's WIFI has not been connected.
The Hotel Elisa is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Hotel Elisa is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Apia. The hotel offers easy access to Fagali'i Airport, just 5km away. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Apia International Christian Church, Apia Town Clock Tower and Worship Centre Christian Church Worldwide all nearby. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Apia hotel offers parking on site. When it comes to Apia hotels, the Hotel Elisa is highly regarded for its excellent facilities.
Service was great but the hotel requires huge makeover. Bathrooms & rooms are outdated.
It’s good for night stay but won’t recommend for longer stay. Breakfast’s ok but each to its own😀
Positive note, reservation was smooth.

RRyanMarkThe facility was clean and modern, but the shower didn't drain fully leaving a slippery puddle away from the drain hole. Housekeeping wasn't consistent. On separate occasions the mirror was left wet, the bins unemptied, the towel unchanged and the bed not made up properly. The programmable safe didn't open once locked, and the key card had to be reprogrammed to give access to the room.
Once, while resting in my room in the early afternoon, someone tried to enter my room but the latch stopped them. I quickly checked outside, thinking it might have been housekeeping, but no one was there except someone - a burly obese island man in singlet, shorts and jandals - walking quickly around the corner. I believe it was another guest who'd somehow gained access to electronic access cards, and who was raiding other guest's rooms. It was after that incident that my key card failed to work, and I had to visit reception to get it reprogrammed.
The staff were generally courteous and kind, but really only going through the motions to fulfil their role. No one stood out as loving the work they do.
The egg station couldn't make poached egg. That had to come from the kitchen, and they had to boil the water first and it was an inordinately long wait. In a previous visit to Samoa, at a hotel in Savai'i, the egg station had a pan with simmering water for poached eggs, and they delivered poached eggs as quickly as any other style of egg.
I visited other hotels for events around Apia on this visit. I'm now open to staying at other hotels after this visit.

GGuest UserIt’s a average place, restaurants was okay, looks like it’s still trying to find its place, except more from this place as its been open for just about 12mouths now, hard to get food apart from the restaurant there, that’s very big but empty 🧐 needs a lot more hospitality experience in staffing, its cheap but can do a lot better
VVASILYEVNice hotel on a beautiful secluded ocean coast. Pretty spacious bungalow, clean enough. There is free wifi. Average breakfast: basic - free (pastries, cereals, fruits, coffee, tea) and paid eggs in different forms with sausage, bacon, etc. The hotel restaurant serves dinner. The beach is only suitable for snorkeling at high tide, as finely, a lot of coral and stones. And there are always waves of different intensities.
