Awesome hotel in that city. I think one of the best and price was good. I enjoyed so much my staying, breakfast is in the hotel is good after long way)))) also the environment and many paintings in each floors make your staying special. The staff is also kind. I highly recommend

Just the best hotel in the city. Beautiful location - on the river bank, next to the bus station. Clean, good wifi, comfortable bed, quiet. The price is adequate. Being in Costanay, I try to settle here. Even the luxury would be added on the tripcom - it would be quite good. Minus - breakfast starts late, at 8 a.m.

Clean room. You'll get tired of adjusting the TV to watch. You'll sleep ahead. The air conditioner does not change the temperature, buttons in the remote are possible crushed and do not work. In the jacuzzi shower is not comfortable , there are no clutches. Breakfast was ordered at 7:30, at 7:40 called the cafe - they said they would be delayed for 15 minutes. I apologized. At 8:00 I got on the receptacle and asked if there would be a breakfast at all? Bred in 5 minutes. Kitchen is 3 points , out of 5. The price is quality, not about this hotel. The price is high for such quality.
