GGuest UserOverall, this is an excellent hotel.
There are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and both are clean and well maintained. The sun loungers are very comfortable, making it easy to spend the whole day relaxing by the pool.
The rooms are spacious. We stayed with two children, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The furniture is modern and, for a hotel, almost designer-quality, which gives the rooms a stylish and cozy atmosphere.
The main bed is huge and incredibly comfortable. Special thanks to whoever decided that the beds should be larger than the standard hotel size—it made a real difference.
I highly recommend booking a room with a sea view. The view is absolutely stunning, and waking up to it every morning is a real pleasure.
The staff are polite, friendly, and always happy to help. They explain everything clearly, and communication in both English and Russian was completely effortless.
One feature worth mentioning is the hotel’s shuttle service to the beach. The beach is only about a four-minute walk away, even with children, but the shuttle runs continuously. It’s a fun little ride, and the drivers are extremely courteous, always helping guests with their bags and making everyone feel welcome.
At the beach, the staff will set up your umbrella for you and offer drinks, which is a very nice touch.
The hotel bar serves delicious cocktails. Prices are comparable to those at nearby restaurants, but honestly, we enjoyed the cocktails at the hotel the most.
In the evenings, a musician performs live on the large terrace in the common area. It’s wonderful to relax there without having to leave the hotel. The atmosphere is romantic, and for families with children, it’s a perfect way for parents to enjoy a peaceful evening while staying close by.
The breakfast is what you would expect from a hotel of this category, but I have to mention the fruit—it was plentiful, fresh, and very tasty.
Overall, I would definitely come back again.
And yes—the beach is excellent as well.

OO**yExcellent hotel, fantastic location! The breakfast is good. We had dinner at the hotel a few times, and the 25 euro per person dinner was really nice. The only thing I didn't like was that we were only given our room exactly at 3 PM, as stated. I understand we arrived at 10 AM, but they could have at least tried to get us in earlier, especially since some other guests did get their rooms sooner. Another thing is the villa rooms (I booked a standard room but got a villa). They're not very comfortable... they're quite a distance away, requiring a lot of stairs to climb, and the room itself is two stories which makes no sense as the living area isn't functional, the sofa doesn't fold out, and for a couple, there's absolutely no point in having this villa; a simple room would have been fine. But I guess families with children don't want to stay there, nor do older people, because of all the stairs. Otherwise, the hotel is superb. I think if we return next time, we'll definitely stay at this hotel.

Пляж , бар на стадии реконструкции .

There was also a beautiful sea view from the room.
On the downside, there was a problem with the shower drain. The water drained slowly, leaving puddles on the floor after showering.

EEKATERINASPLoved the hotel and the hostess! We sincerely wish you prosperity and hope you maintain the high standards you've achieved. Upon arriving, we felt like truly welcome guests. We even got breakfast on the day of arrival (first time I've ever experienced that!). The room was comfortable, had everything we needed, and offered beautiful views from the balcony. For breakfast, there was plenty to choose from, and everything was delicious. There are shops and cafes near the hotel, and it's just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town. We were very satisfied and are already planning to return.

Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız.

GGuest UserWe had an executive room on the first floor with city view, sea view would have been towards the ferris wheel and the hotel isn’t tall so in my opinion not worth it.
The pool was great. Always a sunbed free. The staff serving drinks and food there were absolutely brilliant. Also had drinks in the bar with great service.
The breakfast is very good, the comments about poor service at breakfast are fair. If you go later there’s no fresh juice or even sparkling water and takes some chasing to get staff to get. Don’t let this put you off though. It really is a great breakfast spread and the hotel was absolutely immaculate and the bed was so comfy. I’d definitely stay again.

GGuest UserThe receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

I don’t remember the names of the two female receptionists who work from 8am-3pm but they were so kind and helpful! ZUK the later shift receptionist was always ready to help and recommended some amazing eatery spots!
In the restaurant, Marko and Nemanja always made me feel so comfortable and I ended up going there in the evenings for drinks just to hang out with them because they were truly the kindest and sweetest staff ever!!!
