Hotels With parking in Panama Province, Panama

I didn't like this room. I preferred the room I had in a previous trip. The buffet was ok, but we had a problem with one payment by credit card. The buffet and drink showed as paid on my friend's application, but the hotel said the payment was declined. They will get in touch with my friend since the issue is not closed.

At first, the network was not very good, and then the boss specially changed the room for me. The service was good and the price was very high. It is worth recommending ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah

It seems the facilities, cleanliness, and location are a hit, but I think the service needs a bit more improvement, especially the front desk staff. I can't say it's everyone, as there are different shifts, but I felt a bit put off by one of the guys. I think it's because I'm Panamanian and not a foreigner; he treated me differently. I asked him a question because I didn't quite understand the room number and asked if it was by the pool. He curtly replied, 'No, your room is standard, not by the left,' and then told me to use the card to open the door. That didn't seem like an appropriate answer for a confused guest. It's obvious the card is for opening the door. I've stayed here twice, and it's the same person who gives off a rather unpleasant vibe.

Hotel could not locate our booking on trip.com, and it took awhile before they got it all settled. Room was pretty big and spacious, very adequate for a 1 day transit through Panama. Most attractions/restaurants are a distance away but uber was really easy so no problem at all. Breakfast included in the price is great.

This hotel is an oasis in the heart of downtown! Clean and spacious public areas! It has an inside bar with a pool table, restaurant, beer pub and outdoor beer garden. The outside areas were filled with beautiful green tropical plants and flowers and the pool was clean. Love the decor all over and even in the elevator!! Our king size bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and the bathroom was clean, stocked well and had plenty of hot water. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that the carpet could be replaced but it was clean. The service was very good from the front desk to the beer garden to the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to couples and large groups! Oh, they have a workout room also!

The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure (a big deal in Panama!). The entire property felt like a peaceful, artistic escape from the buzz of the city. If you’re looking for a boutique stay that blends art, comfort, and outstanding service, Art Casco is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be returning!

Room was nice and comfortable though carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time. Had a massage at the spa. Extremely disorganized and inexperienced massuese. With 30 minutes notice of my arrival there were no towels or robes ready. She kept bringing things one at a time even while i waz naked getting into the shower- bath mat, then robe, then robe belt, then towel, then slippers. I told her i just want back massage and done strong but i had to keep telling her where to rub and to be stronger.   Other than that the facility was nice I used on line booking to book one day, then two more days then three more days. I always book for two but om the last three days something went wrong and somehow got booked only 1 person. Desk attendant told me $55 a day to change to two person.  I think the app which i didn’t use the first two times defaulted to kne person and i didn’t have a chance to select two person It waa extremely difficult to get a drink at the bar. I did manage to get a drink at the bar then moved to a table. When i got the bill for items at the tae, the drink i had already paid for was on the bill. The waitress corrected it, thankfui had the bar receipt in my pocket

Good location, the hotel is not big, but the management is a bit chaotic, and I couldn't check in at 3 pm. The breakfast is very rich, and the breakfast of Panama five-star hotel is good. The room is spacious, facing the sea, and the view is good. The price is reasonable, and there are many big hotels and restaurants around.

The hotel is close to a main street with shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a subway station, hence very convenient. The room is spacious There is a gym too. The only thing i want to comment is it only offers 2 free bottles of water to guests the first day. After the first day, no more free water.

It’s quite a nice hotel, we celebrated NYE there and are quite happy.
