Waited a bit during check in since my room was not ready (arrived at the hotel around 4 pm). Good thing the lobby wasn't crowded. Staff more than made up for it when I checked out. It was done in a jiffy.

The hotel is old but very clean, they love cleaning our room😂 Its very alive during night time but the noise is tolerable, comfortable bed, and a lot of restaurant and coffee area nearby. It is also walking distance to SM, Sam 21, nice place

Great location! very close to a big mall (SM City) which made everything very convenient. The breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve tried, and I travel internationally a lot. The bed was comfortable, which made resting easy. On the downside, the air-conditioning can be quite loud and at times disrupted my sleep. It can also get noisy on some nights due to live band performances from restaurants next to the hotel, and the ground floor can feel crowded during events. That said, the staff were amazing, very helpful with parking, and the bellboys were attentive and efficient with luggage handling. I also appreciated the 1:00 PM late check-out, which was a nice bonus.

We enjoyed our three night stay at the Richmonde Hotel. The staff is friendly, the location is superb, the breakfast buffet is outstanding, and the room is nice and comfortable. We will stay there again should the need arise, and have recommended the hotel to friends and family members.

My stay was honestly good, staffs are friendly and service was good and fast when it comes to requests. I just don't like other staffs who does not greet their guest while others are doing it. I am thankful that my request to have a room with strong internet connection was granted, but I guess it's still subject for availability. I just got disappointed that rooms doesn't have a Smart TV, thou they have cable but I didn't used it since I prefer Youtube on TV. They also don't have dental kit, good thing I brought my own and their swimming pools is up to 8pm only, which is too early. I may add to that they don't have a rooftop for view. Location is great since it's beachfront but it actually takes 15-20mins walk to D'Mall and other establishments, which is a hassle, I thought it's near food and entertainment places. Overall, La Carmela De Boracay is still recommended and a great pace to stay in Boracay, especially if you are on a budget, compared to the other hotels nearby with the same services.

Designed for comfort and happiness this hotel gives you complete peace and quiet along with exceptional services and breakfast options was really a good choice! The convenience store adjacent to the front door really helps if you would like late night snacks or drinks. You can even select various alcoholic drinks if required so ts really convenient to shop there or across the road you'll see the SM IliIlo shopping mall and food courts! Excellent location tomegaworld festive walk or immigration offices too! I will be back again soon!

Great location in the center of old Iloilo City. Short walk to SM market. First room had awful smell but we were immediately transferred to another room which was much better. Value for money if you will be out exploring the city most of the time.

Hotel room doesn't have its own bathroom. Location wise it is very near the center of kalibo. Staffs are friendly. Room was clean enough. A bit of letdown was the absence of a private bathroom had to use a common one outside down the hallway.

GGuest UserOur stay at the Savoy Hotel was amazing. We had a lot of fun by the pool, at the gym, or playing ping pong. We also got a massage at the Lila spa that we really enjoyed. Our room was comfortable, clean, there was a balcony. Our towels were changed every day, garbage was picked up, sheets were changed every other day. The staff were great, polite, attentive, helpful. They deserve a lot of praise, especially the shuttle bus driver, Chris, who really made our trip even better providing a lot of information about the island and the Philippine tradition. The food was tasty. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food. The Newcoast beach is a walking distance from the hotel, and the famous Keyhole is nearby that beach. The dmall and white beach area are just 20 mins away by free shuttle bus. Thank you, Savoy, for such a wonderful experience! 🤗

GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool). We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service. If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive. The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

GGuest UserThis hotel is absolutely top-tier for its price point. Incredible value for money and a fantastic experience overall. While the location was a bit tricky to find, the hotel offers a wealth of amenities. The pool is great fun. For this price, it's unbeatable, even better than some five-star establishments. Apart from looking a little dated, the overall vibe is excellent, giving off a real resort feel. The breakfast spread is extensive and even better and more varied than what you'd find at five-star hotels, which was a very pleasant surprise. Seriously, at this price, just book it without hesitation.

AAndrea CheskaWe stayed at Hue Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was such a lovely experience for our whole family. We really loved the ambiance relaxing, stylish, and very comfortable. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the food was consistently good. What stood out the most was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Everyone made us feel at home, from the pool attendant to the bar staff. Special mention to the guy at the bar counter (I’m sorry I forgot your name!) and to the intern Amarah both were very kind, attentive, and always smiling. My family truly enjoyed our stay, and Hue Hotel is a place we would happily return to. We’ll definitely be coming back and staying with Hue again. Highly recommended!

KKhan064I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's cozy, quiet, charming, and was the cheapest option, leaving me with only positive impressions. I will definitely be back! Pros: 1. It's exactly 400 steps or a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach. 2. Excellent and delicious continental breakfasts. 3. Free daily massage. 4. Welcome drink upon check-in. 5. A clean, cozy hotel where it's always quiet and peaceful. An ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a good night's sleep. 6. A 15-minute walk to the best beach on this island – Puka Beach. 7. Only a hostel would be cheaper. This was the most affordable booking option available. Cons: 1. The shuttle to the center runs infrequently (only in the morning or evening). 2. Remote location from shops and cafes. 3. Few tourists in the immediate vicinity. It feels a bit like being in a local ghetto. I'm only deducting a point for the infrequent shuttle service to and from the center.

GGuest UserAll the staff were very friendly and would readily assist us whenever we have questions. The place was generally clean but just had a minor issue with the smell due to the (probably) dog poop on our front door 😅. The breakfast buffet was ok. There wasn't much variation but the breakfast food was good and didn't cost much. Would definitely recommend this place if you're in Carles.

AAleksandr P.We returned to this hotel again from Gigantes Island and stayed for another 3 days. We were satisfied with everything, the only bad thing was that there were strong low tides in the sea. The staff is very responsive and attentive. There is shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper and bottled water in the room, the breakfast is very filling and tasty.

盼盼知了520The hotel location is a little far from the kalibo airport, but the environment and service are first-rate. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, they are all delicious. Love it there, if I come to the Philippines next time I will definitely stay there for a few nights. ps: grilled wings are particularly delicious where we swim, we ordered three in one breath
