I was really nervous when booking this hotel because there were no reviews, but it turned out to be amazing! It has an elevator, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, and even kitchenware. It's located right by the Karon River. I'd give it a perfect score of 100.

Очень удобное расположение. Рядом ЖД вокзал, множество разных мест где можно погулять . В пешей доступности, кафешки, магазины. В отеле неплохие завтраки, есть практически все, начиная от салатов до игристого. Номер просторный, чистый всё необходимое имеется.

Проживание в данном отеле очень понравилось, удобное расположение, отель расположен на берегу Катуни можно каждое утро наслаждаться шумом воды под чашечку кофе на качелях, есть и мангальная зона, 2 больших бассейна с очень тёплой водой, сауна. Номер отличный, были с детьми, персонал супер, все чисто, всегда убирались и менялись все принадлежности. Завтрак потрясающий очень большой выбор, порадовали ежедневно фрукты, овощи, выпечка. Территория ухоженная, виды потрясающие, еда очень вкусная. Мы с детьми остались в восторге. Совсем рядом Тавдинские пещеры, в шаговой доступности магазины, круглосуточное кафе, пиццерия и т.д. Есть где прогуляться вечером. Отдельное спасибо персоналу очень тепло нас встретили, ответили на все вопросы. Из отеля сразу можно заказать разнообразные экскурсии. Совсем близко до Манжерока. Проживание было сказочным, очень полюбилось это место, Всем советую!

Нормальный отель на несколько дней

Все отлично) чистый номер, постель тоже чистая и свежая! В принципе все хорошо номера не большие но уютные, не смотря на то что душ и туалет не в номере НО все чистенько 👌🏻. Также завтраки не входят в стоимость но не беда, доплати и вуаля Шведские стол есть что выбрать!

And of course, the chic view of the mountains from the window made every morning magical. Food and restaurants: Food is very delicious everywhere! A separate gastronomic impression - the restaurant ”Ancient” with a welcome set of stacks. Georgian kitchen is above all praise (recommended to evaluators), and the views there are just amazing. A great thanks to waiter Ilya from the restaurant ”Lastochka”! Professional of his business: gave excellent menu recommendations, served fast and very welcoming. Such people decorate the hotel. Entertainment and Territory: It was very nice that every day in the telegram channel sends a schedule - we always knew what to do. It is possible to spend time great and in the main building, and in other locations of the network where the transfer goes. In the warm pools, the water is chic, the calyon is just magnificent. Хороший отель для непродолжительного пребывания. Всё чисто, в номере был чайник и холодильник, на завтрак каша и бельгийские вафли с джемом. Кофе за дополнительную плату. Отличное местоположение, все понравилось.

The hotel is on the coast of Katuni, but the zone of Birjuz Katuni is in the development stage, so around is uncrowded. In the room, it smelled amazingly tree, but it was on the first floor next to the entrance and next to the window constantly someone walked, so it was necessary to keep the curtains closed, which created discomfort.

The location of the hotel is very superior, the outdoor air is fresh, the hotel room facilities are relatively complete, there are security guards at the door, it is safer, the restaurant has a viewing position, and the dining price is not expensive!
