The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the night market. Plus, the museum, Leiyin Temple, and Mingsha Mountain Crescent Spring are all conveniently located along the same road as the hotel. The service is incredibly thoughtful; they contact you daily to confirm your breakfast delivery time for the next day, and they even upgraded our room! The newly renovated facilities and hygiene are both top-notch, and the hotel's cat is super charming and affectionate.

This hotel in Zhangye exceeded all expectations! Before arriving, I called to ask about self-service laundry and was pleasantly surprised to learn upon check-in that they offer a complimentary laundry service, which saved us a great deal of time and effort. The hotel also provided pick-up service, and the driver was already waiting for us at the station. The front desk staff were professional and attentive. During our three-day stay, we received welcome fruit every day, along with hot eye masks and earplugs (though the room was already very quiet). My child absolutely loved the creatively folded towel animals that appeared daily. The lobby had cold, warm, and hot water available, plus ingredients for Sanpao Tai tea – amenities even my own home can't match. The mattress and latex pillows were excellent, perfect for improving sleep quality and recovering energy after a long day of walking. Breakfast was delicious! Since dining options are limited near the Danxia scenic area in winter, having a good breakfast at the hotel was crucial. The front desk also provided a reliable and more cost-effective contact for car rentals than finding one ourselves. Next time I'm in Zhangye, Jinglong International will definitely be my first choice!

Can the mattress of Hilton Garden Inn be improved? The edge of the bed is always exposed, and the edge of the bed is a bit sharp. The child bumped into it once because of this reason. The service staff in the restaurant is very good. There is a lady with glasses who closes the table in time. The restaurant manager is also very good and has a very kind smile. The restaurant is also very delicious. The beef noodles in the northwest are really delicious! Very chewy, I like it! There is a small noodle shop opposite the hotel (not the first Xu noodle shop, but a smaller noodle shop). There is a big plate of beef tripe noodles. I was shocked when it was served. Hahahaha, I have never seen noodles served in such a big plate. The uncle is also very nice. He also made a small bowl of non-spicy noodles for the child for free. I think the people in the northwest are so warm and simple!

The hotel is very close to the night market, just a few minutes' walk, which makes dining and getting massages very convenient. The price was great during the off-season. It's also not too far from the train station, about a 20-something taxi ride.

The hotel has complete facilities, clean rooms, friendly front desk service, and a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. Parking is convenient with both ground and underground parking lots, but the hotel's parking management is flawed. There's no one directing the ground parking lot, and no one informed us of the underground parking lot, leading to random parking on the ground floor. This caused a delay the next day due to the misplaced parking. I hope the hotel can improve its management.

I booked this a month in advance, worried I wouldn't get a room, and the actual experience was fantastic. Booking during the off-season meant the price was very reasonable. The hotel's service deserves more than five stars; everyone, from the front desk to every staff member, made us feel right at home. Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are up-to-date. The free airport pick-up, rich and delicious breakfast, and the humidifier (a must-have in the dry Northwest!) were all great. Plus, there are so many adorable cats on the first floor!

The hotel's location is excellent; right outside, you can catch buses to destinations like Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes, the airport, the train station, and Xuanquanzi Scenic Area. The hotel interior is also quite new, and the bedding is good. Downsides: The water wasn't hot enough. They required a 30 RMB deposit for each room key card, which is something I haven't seen in years. For such a large hotel, it felt really petty. The front desk service wasn't bad, but it felt a bit forced and uncomfortable. I don't know why, but they barely smiled, which made me wonder if the management was mistreating them? It just made for an uncomfortable experience. They offer a station drop-off service, which I initially thought was a nice perk. However, the communication was unclear, and I wasn't sure if the car was even there. When you're traveling in an unfamiliar place and have a train to catch, punctuality is crucial. No one could give me a clear answer. In the end, I had to repeatedly press the front desk in the morning before they could confirm. It left a very bad impression; the entire management seems to have issues.

Hotel is very close and walking distance to the West entrance, which is less crowded and quiet than the East. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Helped us with finding out the local bus schedule to Bingou and Kangle grassland and back to Zhangye and made sure we boarded the correct bus safely. There are plenty of local food options along the main road as well. Highly recommended to stay here for a Zhangye trip. Will definitely stay here when I return!

I took so many great photos during my stay at this hotel; it's really photogenic! The hotel has so much character, and the ambiance is amazing. Knowing we were on a road trip, they specially recommended local delicacies, sightseeing routes, and even some hidden photo spots in Jiayuguan. They also suggested a few hidden gem snack shops popular with locals – so thoughtful! Any requests we had during our stay were promptly met by the staff, who were always polite and never perfunctory. It really made us feel well taken care of. **Environment:** The room had fantastic natural light, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. The front desk mentioned the mattress was imported. At night, we could even watch the stars and moon from the room and took some pictures. The location is also excellent, super close to the food street, making it convenient for exploring and dining. It's also a short drive to the Jiayuguan scenic area.
