I chose the Wanda Realm Qiqihar, expecting a five-star experience. My reasons for picking a 5-star hotel are usually for a rich breakfast, excellent service, and complete facilities. However, this stay left me very disappointed.
First, there was no space in the hotel's ground parking lot. A staff member directed me to the underground parking, explaining that hotel guests could get free parking if the front desk handled it. When I checked in, I mentioned I'd parked underground and asked them to sort it out. The two girls at the front desk said the underground parking was paid. I explained that there was no space above ground and the security guard told me to park in underground section M, assuring me that hotel guests could park for free. They exchanged glances and then said they would 'apply' for free parking for me. This already put me off – if I hadn't pressed the issue, would I have been tricked into paying for parking?
After checking in, I went to my room. I had booked a family room, but when I entered, I only saw one large bed. I had to go back downstairs to the front desk. They explained that they didn't know how old my children were, so they hadn't made up the extra bed, and then sent someone to do it.
The next day at breakfast, the whole rhythm of the restaurant's service felt off. Many serving dishes were empty, but it took a long time for food to be refilled. The watermelon platter was almost empty when I arrived, and they only brought out a fresh plate when I was nearly finished eating. All in all, it was a very disappointing stay. I won't be choosing Wanda Hotels again in the future.

It was very comfortable, the surroundings were quiet, and the view outside was beautiful. The hotel is new but doesn't have any strange odors. I originally booked it for the free airport shuttle, but I was pleasantly surprised by the scenery too. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin.
I was a bit worried after reading some reviews when choosing this hotel, but my stay was excellent. Our room on the 17th floor offered beautiful night views of the Baroque Historical and Cultural Street and the Songhua River. The room's colorful and cute decor was a hit with both adults and kids. The bathroom was very clean and even had a smart toilet. The heating in the room was more than sufficient. Plus, with a subway entrance right downstairs, getting around was super convenient.
This family-friendly B&B offers great value for money. My baby absolutely loved the big bathtub, and walking in felt like entering a layered rock cave. The location is super convenient with a subway station right downstairs, and it's close to all the indoor attractions. The customer service was very thoughtful; they even brought a welcome gift for my baby. The hotel was really warm, creating a stark 'ice and fire' contrast with the cold outside.
The room was fantastic, and the environment was super clean. Plus, free laundry and drying facilities! The air conditioning was really powerful – almost too hot, I had to turn it off to sleep. Breakfast and afternoon tea were also delicious. The courtyard was exceptionally beautiful, perfect for taking photos. The front desk lady was also very pretty. Downstairs, there's a McDonald's – who could resist some fries in such a great setting? 🍟

Lucky to have chosen Hampton by Hilton for my winter trip to Harbin! The room facilities were high-end and complete, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk service was absolutely fantastic – so warm and patient. The restaurant's food was excellent; the signature frozen pears were delightfully sweet and refreshing, truly memorable. The service team was attentive and courteous throughout, even offering proactive guidance on local attractions. Getting around from here was very convenient. An excellent stay that truly enhanced my Harbin trip!

This hotel is really close to Harbin Station, which I found super convenient. Maybe it's because I was driving, but despite a lot of one-way streets, it wasn't too far from any of the attractions. The hotel itself is in a quiet location, and having a parking lot was great for self-driving. The front desk staff were very friendly; they even gave some snacks to my child when we checked out after a two-night stay. Overall, it's excellent value for money.
The room is very spacious, the natural environment of this piece is very good, but when we came, it may be off-season, just renovated, some facilities are not perfect, eating is not very convenient, but it is very close to the scenic spot, the surrounding environment is very good, the boss is also very enthusiastic, the boss sent breakfast is delicious

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is incredible – just a few hundred meters, a few minutes' walk from Harbin West Station, making it super convenient for catching high-speed trains. As a first-time visitor to Harbin, finding my way was also very easy. The room facilities are all new; opened in 2021, the hotel is really well-maintained and doesn't feel old at all. The room is spacious with excellent natural light. The sunshine during the day makes the whole room feel warm, and the bedding is so comfortable you won't want to get out of bed. The cleanliness is impeccable; the room is spotless, even the crevices of the bedside tables are wiped clean, and the bathroom has no strange odors. Toiletries are also well-stocked. The free WiFi signal is very stable, perfect for streaming videos or working without lag. Self-check-in was also very convenient, saving a lot of time by avoiding queues at the front desk. Free parking and free luggage storage are also provided; the attention to detail is superb, and the service is very thoughtful. The value for money is outstanding; getting such a hotel at this price is truly worth it. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin!

GGuest UserHighly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!
YYanggaomeinvTraveling to Harbin with my child, our first stop was the Xana Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sophia Church). The hotel's location is perfect, situated in the middle-north section of Central Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. Zhaolin Park is just 100 meters east, across the street, and the main Central Street is 50 meters west. St. Sophia Cathedral is about 500-800 meters away on foot. The hotel lobby was super cozy, offering a stamp check-in and afternoon tea. The staff provided excellent service. Since I hadn't planned my trip and decided to go last minute, I asked about Harbin's specialties. They even added me on WeChat and sent me a guide to dining, entertainment, and attractions around the hotel. The breakfast was incredibly rich, meeting all the nutritional needs (meat, eggs, milk, fruit) required for traveling with a child. On the day of check-out, I decided last minute to take some travel photos with my child near St. Sophia, which delayed our check-out time. The staff kindly extended our check-out until 2 PM for free. All in all, our first stop in Harbin made us feel so warm. If you're staying around Central Street, Xana is definitely the best choice!!! I've already recommended it to many friends since returning to Beijing. 😙😙😙

ZZheng2571Big thanks to Sister Qiu for always responding to our inquiries and to the boss, Hongbo, for the warm hospitality and care. We had a very comfortable and fun four-day, three-night stay (Dec 27-30) in Snow Valley. The warm beds, hot meals, and enjoying all the entertainment activities in Snow Valley and Snow Village gave our group of four an extraordinary winter experience.
At Xiongling in Snow Valley, we tried snowmobiling, snow tubing, skiing, and snow drifting (super thrilling!).
**Friendly reminder**: Please wear sunglasses, a mask, and a snow hat. This will help prevent the cold snow from hitting your face when you're snow drifting. The snow hitting your face is incredibly, unbelievably cold!
For the Yangcaoshan itinerary, I recommend buying tickets for the horse-drawn sled and taking the snowmobile all the way up the mountain. Hiking would be a very long and time-consuming distance. For the second half, we opted to hike down to Snow Village, and the snow scenery along the way was absolutely spectacular, perfect for photos. You can also buy a small sled to enjoy some exciting mini snow runs on the way down.
**The only drawback**: The shower head in the bathroom had low water pressure, so it took a bit longer to shower.
GGuest UserService Experience: From booking to check-out, communication was incredibly smooth. The hostess was exceptionally warm and enthusiastic, offering personalized itinerary planning and even reserving restaurants for us. Any issues were met with an incredibly fast response, truly making us feel at home.
Amenities Details: The in-room smart toilet, high-quality bedding, and branded toiletries were a pleasant surprise. The hotel also provides a shoe dryer, and offers complimentary outdoor ice activities like snowmobiling, cycling, small sleds, and snow tubes. There's also free parking. The facilities are maintained like new, immaculately clean and tidy.
This isn't just accommodation; it's an experience to be savored, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality!
ZZheng2571The hotel's location is super close to Central Street. The staff are kind and helpful, always greeting you with a warm welcome.
We visited and experienced nearby Central Street, the Red Brick Street morning market, Daoli market, and Saint Sophia Cathedral.
Also saw the massive snowmen at Songhua River, Harbin Ice and Snow World, and the Music Corridor.

MM250700****While scrolling through Xiaohongshu for travel tips, I stumbled upon a photo of this place featuring motorcycle travelers – helmets hanging on the wall, group photos of fellow adventurers – and it instantly resonated with me. Driven by an impulse, I set off, and the moment I walked through the door, I wasn't disappointed. The walls weren't just adorned with photos of motorcycle enthusiasts checking in; there were also postcards and handwritten letters from guests all over the world. These messages conveyed sentiments ranging from the exhilaration of riding thousands of kilometers to the joy of seeing the aurora for the first time. It felt like stepping into a 'spiritual gathering place' for passionate travelers, where even the air hummed with the warmth of dream-chasing.
Settling in, I felt even more at ease. Both the room and public areas were spotlessly clean and tidy. The bedding was neat and odorless, there was no clutter on the tables or floor, and even the smallest details in the corners were meticulously maintained. This cleanliness wasn't a forced orderliness, but rather a comfortable ease that instantly melted away much of my travel fatigue.
What truly touched me was the human warmth here. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and genuine, taking the initiative to chat with us about travel routes in Beiji Village, sharing aurora forecasts, and offering photography tips. The hotel even provided free hot water and ladles, allowing us to experience the fun of 'splashing water into ice.' Everyone else at the hotel was also very friendly. Occasionally, when chatting with other travelers in the common area, the feeling of being strangers vanished instantly.
In the biting cold winds of the far north, 'Motorcycle Enthusiast Home' wasn't just a clean and comfortable place to stay; it fulfilled my passion for motorcycling and allowed me to experience an unexpected warmth.

MM2ge3c9w2****Staying at this B&B in Yabuli, the moment I walked into the room, I was immediately charmed by the classic Northeastern floral bedding. The room was spotlessly clean, the pillows and duvets neatly folded, and the heating was cranked up – it was freezing outside, but inside I was sweating in just a t-shirt! The comfort was unparalleled. The owner pays attention to every single detail; staying here isn't just about getting a good night's sleep, it's about experiencing genuine Northeastern hospitality.

MM825645****This stay completely exceeded my expectations—it was the most delightful surprise of my trip! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the subway, surrounded by shopping areas and great restaurants, making travel and dining effortless. The front desk service was warm and professional, check-in was efficient, and they even proactively shared local sightseeing tips. When I casually mentioned needing a charging cable, they immediately helped me find one—the attention to detail was truly thoughtful.
The room itself was even more impressive. It was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the blackout curtains were excellent, ensuring I got a peaceful night's sleep during my travels. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, ample hot water, and the toiletries had a fresh scent and felt high-quality. The in-room smart devices were easy to operate, and the Wi-Fi signal was stable, perfect for work or entertainment without any lag. The complimentary drinks in the mini-bar were a nice bonus.
The breakfast selection was extensive, offering not only standard Chinese and Western dishes but also delicious local specialties. Any requests during my stay were met with a quick response from the staff, and I felt completely at home throughout. It offers excellent value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!
