Lovely accomodation. The overall service was warm and friendly. The eggplant parmesan was my favorite dish as well as fresh juice. The room looked just like the pictures. They do seem to need a bit more staff to cook and serve when the dining area gets busy. Pre-ordering meals doesn't necessarily mean that all food will be ready at once. Our friends had about 40 minutes wait between dishes. Also, the first morning, breakfast was served beuatifully. The second morning, we had to inquire about different parts of our breakfast since it was not all served at once. Overall, very kind service with a smile. The welcome fruit was a nice touch.

I absolutely loved this pet-friendly guesthouse in Hangzhou, located in Yuhu Bay, West Lake. The entire area consists of charming three-story buildings, offering a tranquil and off-the-beaten-path experience with minimal traffic and tourists. Within a few minutes' walk from the guesthouse, you can reach Yuhu Bay, the Wuzhuangyuan Archway, and Xuefang Maolu. Strolling along the lakeside, surrounded by lush greenery, is incredibly refreshing. Su Causeway and Leifeng Pagoda are also just a 20-minute walk away. Starting early for a bike ride around West Lake in the cool morning air is truly invigorating.🚲 Parking is available right outside the guesthouse. We booked a third-floor balcony room, which our whole family, including our dog and cat, absolutely adored! ฅ(̳•◡•̳)ฅ The balcony was perfect for enjoying tea, catching the breeze morning and evening, and watching the blue sky and white clouds.☁️ It was also very convenient for washing and drying clothes. The guesthouse offers a delicious breakfast that changes daily. The preserved greens with shredded bamboo shoots were particularly good, and a morning coffee made it even more satisfying.☕️ We also bought fresh lotus seeds, plums, and peaches from the fruit vendors outside the guesthouse. If you visit this season, I highly recommend the Yangshan honey peaches – they are incredibly delicious! I'll definitely come back to stay here again when the autumn leaves turn red! 🍁🤗

We had a truly wonderful time here. The environment was incredibly peaceful and beautiful, imbued with the charm of traditional Chinese culture. Every detail, from the circular gates, bamboo groves, and ancient-style pavilions to the exquisitely arranged breakfast, contributed to a sense of relaxation and delight. A special shout-out to the lovely owner. She was incredibly kind and friendly, always attentive to our needs. She patiently helped us dress in Hanfu and arranged beautiful photo opportunities, which was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond. She truly made our trip even more memorable and heartwarming. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates nature and traditional culture – you'll absolutely love this place!

The B&B is not big, and the yard is very hidden. It is suitable for families with children to escape the summer heat, small-scale group building activities, and several families to rent out a house for vacation. The whole house of the B&B is very clean and tidy. You need to make an appointment before eating. The dishes cooked by the proprietress are delicious, including fish and shrimp. The taste is really good, very recommended homestay.

The hotel is very beautiful and equipped it with all amenities needed. Oliver, the concierge, was very helpful and suggesting us with a lot of useful information with warmth and sincerity. One shortcoming was the housekeeping service that the third night during our stay, we went back to the room around 8 PM and our two rooms were not cleaned. I wonder about that because I believed that I did not turn on Do Not Disturb button. After a long day of traveling, we've got to wait for the housekeeping to clean the room for another hour to use the rooms. However, the overall experience was good and we wish to go back again next time.

Great location (7 minutes by walk to the market), really good breakfast (wide choice of Chinese and European dishes, good quality), staff is trying to be very friendly and helpful. Water drain in the shower was broken and they couldn’t repair it but managed to shift to a new room on the same floor within 10 minutes. That’s really good. Need to take better care of bed linen (stains) and floors (hair and other rubbish, in amount really too much for me). No cigarette smell - definitely big advantage. Be careful - safe box in the room can be easily removed and taken out by 1 hand.

We visited with our child on May 2nd. The hotel boasts an absolutely fantastic location with fresh air and expansive, breathtaking views of lush mountains and clear waters. A small stream flows right next to it, which our child thoroughly enjoyed. It's truly an ideal spot for a relaxing family trip. The hotel's design is beautiful and perfect for photos. The owner is wonderful, incredibly warm and hospitable, always offering proactive service. We'll definitely be back for our next holiday!

This hotel genuinely offers fantastic value for money. It's situated right by the river, making the location excellent. The rooms are very generously sized; our twin room was spotless, with plenty of bottled water provided and all essential amenities well-stocked. The absence of a mini-fridge was a slight drawback, but it wasn't a major issue. Breakfast was incredibly varied and served in a spacious area. The food tasted great, and coffee was also available. Surprisingly, there was even a small children's play area, which was a really thoughtful addition! The front desk staff were generally very friendly and helpful. Plus, downstairs, you'll find a card/mahjong room and a gym.

The room is big and the mountain air is very good. This village is located in the inner part and is not as noisy as Yu Village. Although the B&B is right on the roadside, there are not many cars and it is relatively quiet. Breakfast is basically self-produced and self-sold. The bamboo shoots are dug from the mountains, the pickles and dried radishes are pickled by ourselves, and the green rice dumplings with meat are also made by ourselves. They taste very good. The first dinner was at a famous hotel and the taste was pretty good. The price is acceptable. However, it was more cost-effective to eat at nearby restaurants in the next two days. Overall, it's a good place to relax. It would be more fun in summer
