The room is antique and has a sense of history. It has been renovated, retaining the retro feel while the equipment is very good. The cleaning staff cleaned quickly and carefully, and cleaned up after breakfast. The breakfast was OK. The environment was very comfortable, and they upgraded us to a room with a good view for free. Although this was a business trip, it was still very convenient, and the beautiful scenery healed us. The front desk staff was very polite and helped us call a taxi so everything went smoothly. There is also a restaurant downstairs, but it was a pity that I didn't try it this time. Very satisfied

Location is convenient near trastevere railway station, transfer to airport. But quite far from city attractions in the center. Breakfast consists of fruits, yoghurt, cakes, cookies and tea/coffee, not so various. Rooms are old fashioned but spacious, the gave us room for 4 persons instead of twin. Interior building is under reconstruction now. And an insect was spotted on the hanger! Hope it was not a bug...

Excellent Location with lots of shops around. Roma Termini is just around the corner. Buses in front of the Hotel. All the attractions are 20/30 min walking distance. Vatican was bearby too. Breakfast had good choices with fresh fruits and Fresh Real Honey. Staff was helpful. All over it was a good choice with reasonable price. Will recommend to friends and family.

Good location with easy access to the city center. The staff were nice but the check in/out process takes some time. Some issues with the amenities such as light switch not working and bath tap leaking.

The bed was very comfortable but the room was dark, musty and smelled damp. Difficult to open the shutters which are high and very dirty to touch. Couldn't leave window open to air room as on ground floor. First impression of room was looking at threads hanging down from the stairs to the bedroom- looked like cobwebs at first - could be easily remedied. No explair in bathroom- not good.

As for the food, maybe the lack of a buffet is a bit inconvenient, but this can be explained by the fact that it would be difficult to fit it in the hotel restaurant, so the food is delivered to the tables. However, guests can eat as much as they want, and the selection of dishes is really satisfactory - each breakfast always includes one hot dish. The roof terrace is very atmospheric, where you can both eat and have a drink. The rooms may not be large, but they are completely sufficient. It is modern and clean. I am going to say I really liked my off-season stay. The breakfast was much better quality than expected and the library makes for a great place to do work, if you are a digital nomad or just someone who needs to catch up with admin. It is super easy to get anywhere from here, either walking or taking public transport. The area around the station is a little sketchy late at night, particularly after midnight, but hotel Nizza is actually closer to the opera. I would definitely stay here again. Local tourist cafes are what you might expect: overpriced, rude and slow. However, an extra block finds much better options. There are also a couple of roof bars round the corner, which I didn't try, but look fabulous.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, close to the Vatican, the metro, restaurants, cafes and a small supermarket. The bed was comfortable and the room was modern and clean. Took a while to work out the air conditioner as the room was hot for guests used to a colder climate! The small breakfast offered for delivery to the room for €5 was delicious and enough to fuel a morning of exploring. The best part of the hotel though has to be the friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone we came in contact with was so helpful and nice. Definitely recommend and excellent value.
