Super nice! Food is okay. The place was very convenient and is accessible to the places where we wanted to go. Would surely book again in the future.

Well located hotel, at walking distance from historical downtown - where most of touristic spots could be found, the venue looks as something with a great past. With some refurbishing, renovation, it could also have a great future. Staff is helpfull, they compensate the issues the hotel encounters. Good breakfast, various products to choose from. Small open air pool but sufficient to enjoy during hot wheather (we never used during our stay as was raining too much). Rooms need to be refurbished, many things need to be improved

We recently stayed at New World Hotel to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the experience. The Hotel is a gem in the heart of Manila City. Whether you’re here for the rooftop bar’s stunning views, Restaurant’s delicious food, or the hotel’s impeccable service, you won’t be disappointed. It’s perfect for both leisure and business travelers, and the location makes it easy to explore the city’s top attractions. **Rating**: 4/5 **Room for Improvement**: The Wi-Fi speed could be a bit faster, but it wasn’t a major issue. If you’re planning a trip to Manila City, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a fantastic value for the quality and experience. Pleasant travels!

Good room, clean, good air quality. Good front desk service for check in and check out. Only wish there were more vegetarian options at breakfast, and that I was told that the airport transfer needs to be ordered 4 hours in advance. I booked the studio for 1 night (sg$130).

We attended the Better Endings Concert of M2M which is just beside the hotel. Location was perfect, staff were nice. Our room was at the 5th floor where the spa is. There’s a security door just after the spa so only guests could enter the area with the rooms. I love that and the wonderful smell coming from the spa was glorious. Our room was huge and had this great view of the coliseum and the street. The hotel is environmental-friendly as they provided water in glass bottles instead of plastic ones. And everything is provided for. The guest services line is online 24/7 and responds right away. The only hold up I think was the long wait for check-in but could be because their computer system was slow. But it was all good cause I only had to get my room key when I lined up cause I registered earlier in the morning. Thank you, Novotel!

The place was really nice overall. The room was comfy for 2 adults, and the amenities were great — especially the pool, play area, gym, and billiards on the 9th floor. If you're bringing kids, note that the room with 2 single beds is tight; better to request a Queen bed. Everything felt clean, modern, and well-maintained. A couple of things could’ve been better. There was a strong sewage smell from the toilet — likely due to the hotel being new. They provided an ionizer which helped, but the smell returned when unplugged. Reception offered a room transfer around 7pm, but we were already back and too tired to move. Also, one of the staff members from housekeeping came into the room without knocking — not a huge deal, but definitely something that should be addressed. Still, it was a mostly good experience. With a few tweaks, this place could be awesome .Will definitely come back!

I recently stayed at Lime Hotel Manila and booked the Deluxe Twin room with a Seascape View. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The cleanliness of the room was impressive—the linens were fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and everything felt well-maintained. The location is another major highlight, with easy access to nearby attractions and great views of Manila Bay, especially from the seascape-facing rooms. However, there is room for improvement in terms of staff service. While the team was generally polite, I felt the service could be more engaging and welcoming. A little more warmth and attentiveness would have enhanced the overall guest experience. Despite that, Lime Hotel Manila offers great value, especially for travelers looking for clean, comfortable accommodations in a convenient location. The seascape view alone makes it worth considering.

Great for family! Great food and good service! The club lounge was exceptional! Food is really gooooood! Staff were accommodating and friendly. Great selection in Misto Breakfast buffet. I wish more toys in the kids club.

The hotel is on a quiet street within walking distance from Greenbelt. The room was very clean, with all the necessary facilities. I liked the idea of having a small water gallon instead of the usual plastic bottles. The reception staff was very friendly and ready to help when needed. The downsides: Equipment is visibly worn out, some parts of it being plain obsolete. One of the mornings I noticed the tomato slices in the serving plate are rotten (they smelled quite unpleasant), unfortunately, after putting them in my plate. Upon looking closely, I also noticed the cucumbers were long beyond their expiry date too. I signaled that to a hostess, who casually said ”oh, ok”, as if it's the most normal thing and not a reason for concern. One of the days a worker literally broke in my room for repairing something in the bathroom; apparently the reception hasn't given themselves the trouble to phone me first and check whether I'm there and is it convenient to come in. Oh, and I couldn't get a warm water shower none of the two days - there was simply no warm water coming out of the faucet, despite the wait. All in all, despite the nice location and clean room, I don't think I'll be visiting again.
