Perfect for a layover. The hotel is a bit old but reasonably clean. The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes or so. When you arrive at the LAX terminal, take the elevator to the 2nd floor, exit the door, and walk all the way to the right to find the hotel bus shuttle stop. For the hotel elevators, you need to press your floor number, for example, if your room is 8051, press 8, and the elevator will tell you which car to take. There's a Starbucks inside the hotel, but one of the black staff members there had an extremely bad attitude, looking grumpy early in the morning as if I owed her money.

It was decent. However, the showering experience in the bathtub room was quite frustrating. The tub wasn't very clean, and the showerhead was fixed, not detachable. On the plus side, the views were great. Breakfast offered fried noodles and youtiao, and they also had Chinese-speaking staff available, making it a good option for Chinese travelers on a short stay. 👍

The hygiene was great, and it's conveniently located near the airport. However, there's no airport shuttle service from 12 PM to 2:30 PM. I waited in the cold for over two hours, making several calls, and the front desk just kept saying it would be there 'any minute now.' I later found out they actually take a break and don't run the shuttle during lunchtime.

The room is quite spacious, and the lobby is also very bright. The staff are friendly, and the transportation is very convenient, with a shuttle bus directly from the airport to the hotel. There are also fast-food options nearby like McDonald's and Wendy's. Overall, it's pretty good.
The room is square in shape and has a corridor window. Due to privacy issues, the curtains cannot be opened directly (both floors are light-proof curtains). The breakfast is quite rich...
The price is slightly higher on weekends, check-out time is 11:00AM+1h, and there is only one device in the laundry room waiting in line...
Location is perfect and convenient, and a big supermarket is on the opposite of road.
Diversity restaurants are nearby.
Room space is big, but air condition seems not controllable, still workable.
Overall, from CP value, it is worthy.
The room is very big, and the facilities are also new because it is newly built.
There are two large TVs in the bedroom and living room.
There is no microwave, but you can call the front desk and ask for it, and it will be delivered to the room, which is very convenient.
The hot spring in the hotel swimming pool is very comfortable. There is no one on weekdays, so it's great.
The location is very good, it's convenient to go out, and there is everything downstairs.

We stayed in a deluxe city view room at Hilton Financial District—beautiful views and a warm welcome! The TV greeted us with a personalized “Welcome Cristopher,” which was a thoughtful touch. Staff were friendly and let us check in early. Great location near Chinatown, with amazing food—thanks to Denmark for recommending House of Nanking! Room was clean and well-priced.
This is an excellent place just outside Sequoia and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Great breakfast with bagels, waffles, fruit etc. The room was comfy and warm but we could hear our upstairs neighbour stomping and next door's TV. Although everyone seems to go to bed early so not a major problem. The laundry room is cheap (total of $3.50 for washer and dryer).
The negatives were no fresh towels with room keeping service and also the staff seemed a bit miserable, with the exception of Emily who was amazing! Shout out to Emily!!!

This is a good motel in a good location. I recommend eating at Harry's Cafe across the street
I recently stayed at morel 6 and was thoroughly impressed! The **location couldn’t be better**—just minutes away from Hollywood attractions like the Walk of Fame, TCL Chinese Theatre. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or entertainment, everything is easily accessible. A major plus was how **clean and well-maintained** the rooms and common areas were. Housekeeping did an outstanding job. Another highlight? **Easy access to public transportation** (metro and buses), making it a breeze to explore LA without needing a car. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel offers convenience, comfort, and value.
On first night....10 pm - while my wife / I were asleep, someone tapped on our window and we woke up. Then someone used their card and open our door, my wife screamed and person said, ”SORRY” and closed the door right away. The door switch lock was broken and we did not have a 2nd lock. All we had was the original door lock and nothing else. I went to manager office and office manager did not come out. I went back to our room and wife was OK to stay in our room. So we went back asleep. I had a cycling event to attend / get ready for. I was tired and did not do well due to lack of sleep, worries, and frustration of management. Nevertheless, after my cycle event I went straight to management office to speak with manager and I explained to him what had happen the night before and my request for a full refund / money back due to walk-in. Management, apologized and said, ”I am sorry it was our cleaning crew who walked in to your room, we are vary safe place, it will not happen again, and we will not refund your request”. I told him, ”This is unfair / uncalled for. I should have called the cops / media in regards to our experience / situation. I will get my refund one way or other.”. He then says, ”Sorry” again. My wife / I are safe / OK. However, I ask of Motel 6 and/or web site to return our funds or our 2 nights stay at MOTEL 6 - BIG BEAR LAKE and we will never go back to this location before I go to other resources. Thx, Juan G. MMarlaMe and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills.
The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on.
The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty.
The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room.
None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care.
Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands.
Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!!
The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!!
How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!?
Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!!
Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup.
Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. .
I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower.
I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.
GGuest UserGood location. Simple room. However mini fridge didn’t work do when I asked for one that works the young boy at the desk said no and for me to check out. Finally an hour later another employee exchanged the fridge for one that worked.
I’ll start by saying this is the first review I have ever written about anything… This hotel is beautiful. The valet and the front staff were lovely. The rooftop pool was perfect and the location was just right. However- the walls of the hotel rooms are PAPER THIN. You can hear absolutely everything. When we first checked in at 430pm, there was housekeeping working on the room next door and it sounded like a construction site (we actually to confirm it there was)- vacuums hitting the walls, furniture being moved, stuff being dropped onto the floors- but the worst was very loud conversations about things that should not be discussed in a work environment at a $500/night hotel. In order to mask the noise, we put on some music in our room (at 5pm mind you) and 10 minutes later we got a knock on the door reporting the music was too loud! The next morning we woke up to our neighbors laughing hysterically and blasting Taylor swift (and hey, I’m a swiftie myself), but the loud cackling is not something I want to be woken up to on vacation. I am really sad to say I will not stay here again. It was definitely not worth spending almost $500 for one night.

NNeeksterAfter we were checked in and charged for the room as well as the required $50 deposit, we were then told they don’t have breakfast, only water bottles, tea and coffee. There “snack bar” consisted of a few bags of chips and two or three thumped of candy. The “assortment” of beverages available to purchase were 12 oz cans and 3 flavors. We did go to our room and found there was no fridge, no dresser/drawers of any kind for clothing, no coffee machine, not even an ice bucket. When we called to the front desk we were informed that none of the rooms have any of those items as they “just opened 3 months ago”. I was astonished, firstly you have been open for 3 months with nothing that a normal or even roach hotel has and you represent Wyndham??? Since we had already been charged and brought all our luggage in we decided ok fine we will stay. We used a garbage can for an improvised ice chest to keep our drinks cold and any food we were got while there. In the middle of the night I woke up to use the restroom to find that NONE OF THE LIGHTS WORKED?!?!? They worked when we got there. It was just ridiculous. They should NOT BE OPEN yet they are not ready.
