The environment and location are both excellent, no complaints there. It's just a few minutes from the airport, and our room window faced the runway, so we could see planes taking off and landing. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider. The service was pretty average though; they didn't provide water in the room, and even after calling for it, it was never delivered.

Facilities: The best motel I've stayed in. The room was very spacious.
Cleanliness: Super clean and tidy!
Environment: Very quiet and safe.
Service: The front desk staff were great.
It's very close to LAX and offers a free, frequent shuttle service. Parking is also convenient. It was really easy to pick up a rental car at the airport and head straight here.
Everything about my stay was more than fine except for two issues. I had already informed hotel management that I would be proposing that night, and I specifically requested a non-connecting room with a decent view. Despite this, I was given a connecting room and placed next to a group of friends who were extremely loud throughout the night. I tried contacting the reception multiple times regarding the noise, but no one answered for nearly two hours, if not more.
I also experienced an issue at the restaurant during breakfast. I tried to explain to the waiter that my reservation already included breakfast for two people that day. He informed me that I could order anything from the menu. However, I was later surprised with a bill exceeding $100 and was then told that the breakfast-for-two benefit only covered $50 of the total.

This hotel has a rich history, and I believe it's owned by Chinese people, as there was a Chinese New Year atmosphere during my stay over the holiday. Parking isn't free; it costs about $60 for a full day. The hotel is located right in the city center.

The location is pretty good; it's not the closest to the airport, but still acceptable. You can wait for the hotel shuttle at the red sign near the baggage claim on the second floor of the airport. It runs every half hour. Important: You need to wave at the bus for it to stop! The shuttle drivers are very friendly and nice! Thumbs up! 👍
The hotel facilities are just average, and the front desk service is also mediocre, but the housekeeping staff are quite friendly. The water pressure in the shower and at the sink is quite low, which might be due to California's water conservation efforts. The price is among the lower ones compared to other hotels in the area, but they charge extra if you check in before the official time. I recommend confirming this with the hotel in advance.
The room on the side of the road is slightly noisy, the air conditioner is more noisy, parking is charged 10 knives per night, the room is not cleaned every day, other aspects are OK, the price is relatively high.

The location is quite convenient, right across from Chinatown, so if you like Chinese food, you'll have plenty of options. The environment is pretty average and can't compare to the facilities and service levels of hotels in Asia. It's within walking distance of the subway station, and San Francisco feels quite safe overall.
What you get for what you pay. No complaints. We stayed for a night from our way back to LA. Near to Walmart and shopping centre. Parking available, freeze and microwave was in the room, that was handy. The owner was very kind and nice! Worth a night on the way to Death Valley!

I spent a long time choosing a hotel in Los Angeles, unsure whether to stay in downtown (DT) or Beverly Hills. The Chinese district felt a bit far, and I'd heard DT wasn't safe. However, during our stay, there weren't many homeless people right downstairs, though we did see some a few blocks away during the day. Getting around by subway and bus was very convenient, and the hotel was very clean. They even provided two bottles of water every day, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was pretty good. Just remember to be careful when you're out and about in LA.
清清客This motel is quite large. We just happened to catch up with the holiday price of the Christmas holiday. It is a little inconvenient that the room does not have a refrigerator and a microwave oven. Heating the food should go to the public area.
RRoberto IThe place was clean and simple, perfectly adequate for our needs. It's located just steps away from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The room was spotless and tidy. The bathroom was very functional and well-maintained. We'd definitely consider staying here again.
GGuest UserI was expecting a rather poor experience based on some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised that the room was recently remodeled. Also everything in the room looked new expect for the shower on-off lever which was strange. Anyway, everything was good but I will note the room was very small but considering the low price I’m not complaining.
MMarlaMe and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills.
The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on.
The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty.
The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room.
None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care.
Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands.
Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!!
The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!!
How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!?
Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!!
Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup.
Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. .
I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower.
I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.
GGuest UserThe front desk is very strict. You must have a visa card to stay.
At the restaurant at the door, I bought breakfast with breakfast. It used to mean breakfast deducted with $50. You can order it yourself. The restaurant is delicious
The highlight is the pool, you will love the experience here....a large piece at hand. The pool is warm water.
The room is classic old money style

NNeeksterAfter we were checked in and charged for the room as well as the required $50 deposit, we were then told they don’t have breakfast, only water bottles, tea and coffee. There “snack bar” consisted of a few bags of chips and two or three thumped of candy. The “assortment” of beverages available to purchase were 12 oz cans and 3 flavors. We did go to our room and found there was no fridge, no dresser/drawers of any kind for clothing, no coffee machine, not even an ice bucket. When we called to the front desk we were informed that none of the rooms have any of those items as they “just opened 3 months ago”. I was astonished, firstly you have been open for 3 months with nothing that a normal or even roach hotel has and you represent Wyndham??? Since we had already been charged and brought all our luggage in we decided ok fine we will stay. We used a garbage can for an improvised ice chest to keep our drinks cold and any food we were got while there. In the middle of the night I woke up to use the restroom to find that NONE OF THE LIGHTS WORKED?!?!? They worked when we got there. It was just ridiculous. They should NOT BE OPEN yet they are not ready.
