**Translation:** Check-in was quick, especially considering the typically lengthy and thorough document verification process for foreigners in China. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

The hotel boasts fantastic views directly overlooking the Songhua River. You can easily walk down to the riverside just by crossing the road. In the evenings, Friendship Palace Square downstairs hosts orchestra performances and large choirs, creating a truly impressive atmosphere. Its proximity to the Harbin Military Region also provides a great sense of security, and it's wonderfully quiet at night. Mornings are bright with sunshine, and evenings offer stunning sunsets. The service is also excellent, and the overall experience is absolutely superb. Highly recommended – I make it a point to visit every year.

Pros first: Great location, very close to the morning market Ctrip gives away small fruits when booking a room (although some of them are rotten) A room of just over 100 for three people is very cheap. So what else do you want at this price? Cons: The room is not very clean, so don't come if you have a mysophobia. The toilet paper in the room is charged, which is the first time I've seen it It was still dark at 5:30 in the morning, and there was no lighting in front of the hotel. I fell and got bitten by a dog 💩 What's more fatal is that when checking in, the ID card could not be swiped and it was said to be a program problem. The front desk took a photo with a mobile phone. But there was no such problem in other hotels I stayed in Heihe in the previous two days. I am very worried about the information security of our family.

TV not working well. It is on Android. Sound is on and off. Corridors are dark. Front desk ask to retain passport (unusual)? No fridge in room? No shower lights for winter, so if you have shower in winter, you freeze!! Breakfast full of stir fried veggies.

There are so many shortcomings. It is not at the level that Home Inn should be, and it is not even as good as the service standards of ordinary private hotels. All the good reviews are for the little girl at the front desk and the security guard on the day of check-in. 1: The restaurant management is very chaotic, breakfast is from 7:00-9:00. Even though the food was poor, when I went there at 8 o'clock in the morning, there was almost no food or rice. By about 8:15, there were more than ten or twenty people waiting for a table in the egg restaurant, and people rushed to get food. As a result, the waiter loudly scolded me: I can eat whatever I grab. May I ask? Who would be willing to snatch your breakfast when traveling? Aren’t you guys unable to provide breakfast yourself? Moreover, no one was cleaning up, so those who wanted to eat had to put away other people’s leftover plates on the table to make room for their meal. There was an uncle who tried to clear his own plate and wanted to eat, but the waiter scolded him for not moving. Then if you don't let the guests touch the plates, you should clear the table. 2. The price is upside down. If you book a room on Ctrip for 388 a night, you will not get the right to upgrade your room for free. At breakfast the next day, I met someone I met at the same table in Mohe. I asked the other person about the price, and they booked it directly at the hotel for only 378. 3. The room types are not uniform and there are no tissues in the room. I asked the guest room aunt. The guest room aunt said that some room types provide paper towels, some room types provide tea bags, and some room types do not provide paper towels or tea bags. I asked my aunt for tissues but she didn’t give them to me (the aunt on the first day) 4. Hygiene is not up to standard, there is hair on the bed and a lot of hair on the floor. In addition, because my shoes were accidentally kicked under the bed, when I picked them up, I found that there were tissues under the bed that had been used by a guest... I don’t want to complain too much, so don’t stay here! Who knows who lives there. 388 feels like staying in an ordinary hotel 108 (not as good as that) The only advantage is that the location is good. The morning and night markets are nearby and not far from the river. However, there are other options nearby, so be cautious.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

For our first trip to Harbin, we chose this Wanda Hotel based on reviews and recommendations found on Ctrip. The hotel boasts an excellent location, and the service was truly outstanding. Staff proactively assisted us with our luggage and other needs, and we were even given a complimentary upgrade to a family room. The breakfast spread was absolutely lavish. Our room was clean, comfortable, bright, and spotless. We were offered complimentary afternoon tea, which we sadly didn't have time to enjoy. Our child loves playing the piano, and the hotel made an exception by allowing them to use the grand piano in the lobby. Our child was absolutely thrilled and played a few of their favorite tunes. Overall, our stay was incredibly comfortable. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Harbin and will wholeheartedly recommend it to our friends! Wishing the hotel prosperous business, smooth operations for all staff, and all the very best!

Nice clean hotel. Very good airport shuttle service . Room was small but everything was spotless. Had a small problem with foot massager not working, but the front desk agent addressed the issue. Traditional breakfast was tasty and very reasonably priced. If you need a clean place to stay that is close to the airport, this hotel works fine. Obviously there were some minor language differences, but our host was very accommodating and helpful. Visa card was accepted , but if you wish to use cash, please have the correct currency as there are very limited currency exchange . Overall, this nice little hotel served our purposes just fine for an overnight stay close to the airport.

As a frequent business traveler, this is hands down the best service hotel I've come across in all the cities I've visited. While it might not be a sprawling luxury 5-star property, the attentiveness of their service is truly unparalleled by other professional hotels. The staff consistently went out of their way to accommodate even the smallest requests. During our trip to Harbin, right after checking in, we were even given a Madier popsicle! Plus, the location is fantastic – Central Street is just a short walk away. I will definitely recommend this hotel to any colleagues or friends visiting Harbin in the future.

This hotel is housed in a beautifully renovated century-old building that used to be a futures exchange. The rooms are spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The breakfast spread was also generous and varied, offering items like boiled shrimp, local red sausage, eggs, and coffee. Its prime location on the pedestrian street makes it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Harbin – you'll have a wonderfully comfortable stay!

EEe MingWe had a very good experience staying in Yabu Loni Hotel at Yabuli. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm reception we receive from our hotel guide 初长月. She assisted us to check into our hotel room early which allow us to settle in quickly. Arranging for ski lessons and equipment was also a breeze with her help. Her enthusiasm, energy and smile is something that makes our stay so much fun and enjoyable. And she is always just a call away. As for the hotel room, it is a little dated but nevertheless still very clean and nice. I would certainly hope that they can improve on the breakfast, the range is pretty limited. The location of the hotel is fantastic and it is just right besides the cable car that bring you to the top of the ski resort. It is also right next to Club Med.

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less. The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers. Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

GGuest UserPros 1). Chosen this hotel because of its location which is very good. It is only few steps away from Central Street. 2). The staff (all the ladies) from the breakfast restaurant were super nice and friendly. The house keeping ladies were kind and helpful as well. Kudos to every one of them! Cons 1). No one speaks English at the front desk. **2). Horrible horrible front desk customer service! I am a frequently traveller and I have never experienced such a poor customer service, the hotel really needs to give better training to the people at the front desk (those who work during the day shift), especially the lady in short hair with a very arrogant and bad attitude. I was politely asking one of the ladies behind the counter about the directions to a shop, she was not sure, and she asked her colleague (which was the short hair lady) to assist me. To my surprise, this unfriendly short hair lady just rolled her eyes to her colleague and rudely told me to check for ”navigation” myself (I think that was what she meant, as my Mandarin is not that good). Later she impatiently just brushed off the other questions that I tried to ask her, and before I even finished my sentence, she just abruptly turned around and walked away!!! HOW RUDE !!! I think I was not even given a respect as a human being!!! I was so stunned and speechless!!! Her colleague standing next to her witness what happened but did not say anything or offered to help! Let me tell you what other hotels will do when guests ask for directions- they would kindly check online and provide the directions, or they would even print out the directions for guests (all with a SMILE!). The lady in short hair, you are working in a hotel which is a service industry!!! I will not stay or recommend this hotel based upon this unpleasant experience. P.S. I stayed in the Mercure Harbin Sophia Church after and had a great experience. All the ladies at the front desk always greet guests with a smile, always friendly and willing to help. I am not sure if this is because Mecure is an international brand which the training for customer service is different from local brands?

MMeishiyueyueThis is the oldest building I've ever stayed in. Its 1903 elevator is one of only two operational century-old elevators in China, the other being at the Waldorf Astoria on the Bund in Shanghai. I initially thought I wouldn't like this style, but beyond the lobby's dazzling, opulent gold leaf decor, the rooms were surprisingly comfortable with their low-saturation palette of grey-green, brown, and gold. The velvet wallpaper, with its shifting shades depending on the light, demonstrated excellent taste. The service was excellent; we received welcome drinks upon arrival and welcome fruit in the room. Staff members also shared insights into the hotel's history and the lobby's decor. The location is prime, right next to Central Street and Central Mall. Yet, being on Dongfeng Road, which intersects Central Street, it remains relatively quiet. If I had to nitpick, it would be that, due to it being a century-old building with plumbing limitations, hot water takes a few minutes to come through. Additionally, the TV wasn't working, but it didn't bother me, so I didn't ask staff for assistance.

UUEMNLoveeeed the hotel! Rooms: The rooms are new. We sadly didn't take photos (cos im terrible at it) but it was exactly as pictured! And our children loved the little surprise of toy shelves we had on the second floor. Superb. Breakfast: Breakfast is yummy (non halal, for our Muslim friends out there - but they have toasts, steamed mantou, steamed corn pumpkin, cereals, milk, juice, and even veggie fried rice with veggie side dishes - pls eat at your own discretion). Ameneties & Location: 1) Washer and Dryer: Can be used 24/7 - for free! This service was super helpful w 4 family members and a cold cold winter in Feb 2025. 2) Zhongyang Street: Just turn left from the hotel, walk straight - past Mixue (on your left) and you'll come to a traffic light on your right. Cross it and you'll see the famous Zhongyang Street entrance 3) Halal restaurant: Turn left from the hotel, walk all the way straight, past the ZY Street traffic light. All the way straight until you see Zhongyang Street Metro Station entrance on your left (after crossing the road). Walk a little further up and you'll see an entrance to the left thats like an open garage (there's Asen Halal Restaurant in there - see attached picture for the sign and add of the restaurant) Service: The concierge guys couldn't speak a word of English, yet they are alwayssss ready to assist. Really helpful and friendly. They used a translator app to communicate with us. Why 4 stars on cleanliness: Don't get me wrong - it was clean. I just felt it was a little dusty because our room had no windows. But our opp room had windows and the air felt much fresher. Nevertheless, we loved the room. No red flags or anything on cleanliness. So awesome to stay here.

GGuest UserI did a lot of research before coming here, and found that ordinary rural kangs here cost thousands of yuan per room. To be on the safe side, I chose this more expensive hotel, and I didn't want to be unhappy during the Chinese New Year. After checking in, I found it was really good, beyond my expectation! First of all, the service is really good, almost responsive. What touched me was that the boss lady found that I might have a stomachache due to special circumstances, and took the initiative to send me hot water and painkillers. I thought that people in the Northeast were very straightforward, but not so careful and patient. Their family really changed my old views on Xuexiang and people in the Northeast. In addition, I am more picky about beds and pillows when I go out. This tatami has a mat on it, and the boss also helped me add a quilt, which is soft and not hard, and very comfortable for me. The room is also separated from wet and dry, which is really convenient. Cleanliness is also 100 points. Although I don't use it, there are children's slippers, which are so cute, haha. Maybe I didn't have such high expectations for this place, but I was satisfied with everything. The delicious Northeastern cuisine, the enthusiastic proprietress, the fried dough sticks and corn that don't look so delicate but are very delicious, the romantic snow scene and fireworks really make this place particularly beautiful. You can also ask the proprietress to arrange the itinerary, buy tickets and charter a car. She helped me arrange everything very carefully. I will come again next year if I have the chance!

GGudeliefuI rarely leave reviews, but Junyi compelled me to make an exception and write a glowing one. It was an incredibly refreshing and rejuvenating stay. After browsing many hotels, I ultimately chose Junyi, and I was met with pleasant surprises from the moment I checked in until I checked out. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was efficient and considerate, and they even proactively offered information on local attractions and routes. The attention to detail was absolutely impeccable. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and luxurious against the skin – I instantly felt my travel fatigue melt away upon lying down. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were thoughtfully designed. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring a wide variety of hot dishes, pastries, and beverages. The food tasted authentic and delicious, and starting the day feeling completely satisfied and energized made me ready for my activities. Upon checking out, the staff warmly bade me farewell, making me feel as if I was saying goodbye to dear friends. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose Junyi Hotel again!

AAlessanderBest stay ever for me! Everything from the front desk to the housekeeping was great! I arrived quite early than the usual time but was given early in.. the benefits was explained clearly when checking in. Location wise is near a huge shopping mall, other than that its also near to tourist areas. You can even arrange for free pick up service to drive you to either central street or snow world and city. They also can arrange to have the driver to wait for you at the location you dropped off. There are 2 reindeer to greet you at selected timing. Even witness one of it shredding it's antlers! There are also free coke and Sprite and local drink in their mini bar. Unlimited free flow of night food from 10pm-12 midnight, legit nice beef noodle that I had 3 bowls. There are also free drinks and other local delicious food . For breakfast although I didn't get it, it's until 1pm lol, not a typo. Never heard before any hotel we have breakfast till 1pm. I was told this is because the owner know when we visit harbin we will stay up late, if it's the usual 10am you might miss your breakfast.same for those who need to get up early and still be able to come back to eat If you book those 72 square meter room they even provide free car rental. Yes all free, just have to top up the fuel, with this benefits you would've save a lot of money. Special should out to driver wangxin(王新) he drove me to snow world and walked there, even beyond the selected timing because he knows that it will be hard to take taxi back to hotel at late timing. He was also very passionate to introduce all the major location on the way. I was really glad to have met someone like him. Definitely a 5 stars for me!
