GGuest UserLocation a 10-minute walk from the city. You can park in a garage about a 4-minute walk away. The staff is very friendly. Upon arrival, there was a box of chocolates, and upon departure, we received cookies. The room could have been cleaner; there were still hairs in the bathtub. Breakfast was fine but nothing special.

GGuest UserFantastic hotel! I stayed here for a business trip back in 2007, and returning in 2026, it feels just as welcoming. The hotel facilities are great, the environment is clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff are incredibly warm and patient. The restaurant is excellent, and the bedding is wonderfully comfortable! Definitely recommend!

Excellent experience, fantastic breakfast with a view, very attentive staff, very adequate (basic) room (the large ones must be great), very pleasant, almost luxurious environment, full of little touches, like chocolates on arrival, and a triple socket to plug all devices in one place. A place I will return to.

GGuest UserMercure een heel aangenaam en leuk hotel de kamer was dik in orde en het ontbijt was meer dan voldoende en heel gevarieerd.
Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en beleefd alsook hulpvaardig.
Voor ons is dit hotel de moeite waard om terug te keren.

FFrancoise Jeanne MTrès propre, bonne literie. Excellent petit déjeuner. Le seul petit bémol est l’emplacement avec beaucoup de traffic sur la grand-route. Impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very exquisite, too close to Kortrijik Railway Station, you can see the hotel when you leave the station, very convenient! The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, there is also a rice master Chinese restaurant nearby, very good!
